I don't recommend it because they ignore guests

Every day, I asked the "coordinating staff" to fix problems like a wasp nest on the terrace (it was truly dangerous), the air conditioning remote control didn't work—we couldn't adjust it at all. We couldn’t open the windows because the mosquito nets weren't working and there was a wasp nest outside,. The living room was dirty. The staff initially replied that they would take care of it. They did nothing. For the last few days of my stay, the staff stopped responding at all. I am attaching photos.

Il letto era comodissimo
1 luci non funzionanti 2 sporco ovunque 3 freddo assurdo 4 pieno di cimici 5 saltava la corrente se si accendevano più cose insieme (piano cottura ) 6 mancanza di bidet 7 tende distrutte e una finestra che non si chiudeva del tutto. 8 tv con solo netflix e senza canali normali

Bis auf ein paar kleine Abstriche war die Unterkunft sehr in Ok.
schöne, sehr ruhige Lage mit weitem Blick, eingebettet in schöne Umgebung. Die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Die Ausstattung war gut.
Das Badezimmer hat etwas gemüffelt und es war mäßig sauber.

Una puzza imbarazzante..
Posizione e vista fantastica, letto spazioso e comodo. Ambiente bello ampio e condominio abbastanza silenzioso.
Avevo indicato un'orario di check-in molti giorni prima e ho trovato la camera lasciata dagli ospiti precedenti in una maniera indecente...non era ancora stata pulita la camera e solo dopo due ore di attesa ho preso possesso della casa. Proprietari che comunicavano solo via SMS...posso capire il ritardo della ditta di pulizie...ma mi sarei aspettato delle scuse...calcolando il prezzo speso per questo appartamento. Ma la cosa che mi è piaciuta meno è il bagno....una puzza costante di fogna per tutto il soggiorno...è inacettabile consegnare un appartamento in queste condizioni. Vi consiglio di intervenire e risolvere questo problema quanto prima...magari sostituendo anche alcune padelle/Pentole ormai usurate.
