Nice central base to visit Lombardi and Garda Lake
Giovanna is super nice and helpful. She had always a very good communication, responded quickly and in a friendly way. The apartment photos are a true reflection of what you get. The place is clean,easy to access and in a good/strategic point from which you can based you holidays and reach different cities and small towns. We were 4 people (two adults, a 6 yo and a 3 yo), and enjoy our stay.

Bruttissima esperienza con la famiglia a Brescia a causa del ricovero di mio cognato quasi morto!
Nulla,è una Pessima struttura fredda e sudicia di polvere e sporco ovunque!
L’esperienza è stata davvero pessima. Abbiamo fatto presente alla proprietària Giovanna che avrebbe avuto tutto il pomeriggio per pulire casa dato le condizioni poco igieniche riscontrate e fatte presenti tramite messaggi e chiamate (ho anche le conversazioni tra me e lei) il risultato è stato pulire sotto al letto (stop). Partiamo dal presupposto che ero con una bimba di 2 anni e mia suocera 70 enne la casa era freddissima e quando accendevo il riscaldamento e la cucina a induzione veniva giù il contatore della corrente quindi o mangiavi o ti riscaldavi,poi era talmente sporca che le stalle degli animali sarebbero state più pulite (ho foto e video che lo provano).Sotto il letto c’erano capelli e polvere in ogni dove,bagno uguali condizioni,asciugamani e wc sporco pieno di capelli e peli ovunque,piumoni sporchi e macchiati,doccia sporca e fuoriusciva l’acqua dalla cabina a causa del silicone ormai marcito,cassetti della cucina con residui di mangiare e pentole sporche ed ancora unte,frigorifero sporco,salone pieno di polvere e roba attaccata al pavimento,sul pianerottolo fuori al balcone c’era una puzza di pipì di animale sgradevole. Mi ha detto anche di parcheggiare a 200 mt dal l’alloggio cosa che nell’annuncio ci fosse stato sotto casa! Non mi ha risarcito di un centesimo!
