L'appartamento è al 2° piano di una palazzina, è spazioso, molto luminoso, pulito e ben curato. Vi verrà fornita la biancheria da camera e del bagno, cucina completamente accessoriata e dotata di macchinetta del caffè a cialde. Ottima posizione a due passi dal lungolago. Struttura veramente consigliata anche per la proprietaria, molto cortese e disponibile.
Purtroppo non ha un garage o una cantina dove poter mettere le biciclette al sicuro, cosa che per noi era molto importante. La proprietaria, gentilmente, ci ha dato la possibilità di portarle in appartamento ma la cosa è veramente complicata dato i 2 piani di scale da fare (sono rampe strette). Una vicina ci ha dato il permesso di parcheggiare le bici nel cortile sul retro ma sono comunque all'aperto e alla portata di tutti. Peccato perché questa è veramente l'unica pecca di questa struttura!

Un appartamento molto luminoso e ben arredato con molti elementi che richiamano il lago. Molto pulito. Ha un balcone che circonda tutta la casa. Vista laterale del lago. Parcheggio vicino. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Sulzano.

Das Apartment war groß und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hat super geklappt. Der See ist nicht mal 5 Minuten entfernt.
