Very lovely place to stay, and owner was always available to help and make us feel comfortable

The place is very Spacious, wonderful layout and has a great blend of old world charm with modern requirements. Great for a family with a wonderful courtyard out side to have breakfast or lunch. It makes you feel like home very cosy to sit and relax after a long drive.

Peaceful retreat with private terrace

Beautiful house in a quiet area with a very attentive host. Nicely furnished with plenty of room for 3 or 4 people. Lovely outside space. Lots of helpful local information provided.

We didn't have a car so it was a little far from the town centre and it's facilities, though there were shops nearby.

Comfortable space with everything that you would need. Particularly loved the inner courtyard where you could sit and relax whilst enjoying the weather. Michele was an excellent host.

We had a fabulous stay at Michele’s. Michele was very helpful and polite. He gave us some excellent recommendations in Brescia. The house is beautiful - very spacious and full of character. The outside area was lovely and shady, surrounded by plants and with lots of garden furniture for you to relax in. Brescia itself is a lovely city. The historic centre is very interesting, with many nice shops and restaurants, and it is extremely well connected by train to other towns/regions in Italy. You would probably be best to visit this property with a car but public transport is good and walking to the historic centre is very doable.

Real Italian experience

It is a very stylish apartment and the furniture and decoration is very aesthetic. 2 bedrooms and a living room with 2 sofa beds. 1 Bathroom and a separate toilet. The host is a very kind and helpful person. I suggest to be very specific about your needs in advance so he can prepare. The garden and the terrace were both incredible.

All appliances both in the kitchen and in the living room make the life easier. Some pasta or oil or coffee capsules do not let you starve. Nice location, with a garden and terrace. Just perfect!

Communication with the host, Michele, was easy and very pleasant. Hi even made adjustments for the times of arrival and departure. The apartment is located in a beautiful 16th century villa and was perfect for me and my friends for a weekend stay.

Großes, stilvolles und sehr gemütliches Haus. Wir waren im Winter da und konnten leider die schöne Terrasse nicht genießen. Im Haus war es angenehm warm. Die Küche ist klein aber bestens ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Es war eine Freude abends nach Hause zu kommen und das Haus zu genießen.

Eine Oase der Ruhe mitten in der Stadt

Ich war ja bei der Buchung von den Fotos schon begeistert, aber die Realität ist noch viel schöner. Der großzügige Schnitt des Hauses, die Zimmereinteilung, das Interieur und Ambiente einfach klasse! Auch die Ausstattung ist perfekt: neben allen in der Beschreibung des Hauses selbst genannten Merkmalen, wurde z.B. auch noch an Mückengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern und elektrisch bedienbare Dachfenster mit getrennt steuerbaren Jalousien gedacht. Im Haus ist es selbst bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur durch die Lage und den Schnitt des Hauses angenehm kühl - auch ohne dass die Klimaanlage läuft. Weitere Highlights sind natürlich die atemberaubende überdachte Terrasse und der Garten. Das ist eine Oase der Ruhe mitten in der Stadt. Wir hatten nicht das Verlangen, in Restaurants Essen zu gehen, weil es "zuhause" auf der Terrasse sooo schön war. Der Privatparkplatz ist gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben in Brescia selbst kein Auto gebraucht: Stadtbummel, Einkauf - alles zu Fuß erledigt. Ein sehr nettes, ursprüngliches Cafe für den Start in den Tag mit einheimischen Stammkunden ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Unglaubliche 1,50 EUR für einen Cappuccino! Lieber Michele, nochmals vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt ! Brescia selbst ist eine faszinierende Stadt - sowohl die Altstadt mit Dom, Castello und etlichen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten, als auch die Bereiche des "normalen" Lebens. Unsere Ausflüge in die Umgebung Lago d'Iseo, Cremona... waren auch unvergessliche Erlebnisse.

Hogar dulce hogar!!! Sin duda uno de los mejores sitios hasta ahora. Lo recomendaria sin duda.

Aparcamiento en recinto cerrado al lado de casa. Casa muy acogedora y calida en las lluvias de Marzo. Muy espaciosa. Inclusive secador de pelo con difusor para pelo rizado!!!! Patio muy bonito para poder descansar y comer bajo techo. Netflix, CDs de musica y DVD para relajarse. Mucha comida y especias en la cocina. Ideal para una emergencia y no tener que compar absolutamente todo. Michele (anfitrion) es una persona afable que soluciono mi problema con Netflix aunque era un Sabado santo!

No pude encontrar las tapaderas de las ollas. Aunque tambien le pude preguntar a Michele (anfitrion) por ellas y estoy segura que no hubiese sido un problema.
