Good property but maybe not for family with kids

The location is good, it has a free parking available and also a paid parking if needed. The apartment is big enough for 4 persons. The owner was very responsive and it was easy getting to the location and getting the keys. Good location for walking to the city center.

The shower hot water was ok the first day but not ok the last 2 days of our stay. Basically, it was not possible to take a quick shower, because even after waiting a lot for the water to get warm, it was getting cold again after 2 minutes. The microwave was hard to use for someone not very tall. The apartment is on the 3rd floor but I think it corresponds to the 5th floor of a newer building (difficult when travelling with kids). Logistics with the 3 keys: 1 from the gate outside, 1 from the building block and 1 from the apartment. They are easy to use when 1 adult or 2 adults are travelling alone, but difficult if it's a family with kids and luggage (when checking-out, someone has to hold the gate door open and someone to get inside the building to leave the keys inside the mailbox).

The air condition is the portable one and didn’t have enough power to make even just the bedroom comfortable much less

Location and it was clean

It being on the 5th floor with no lift was not disclosed. Knowing I had heavy and big suitcase would have been a material fact in my decision. Although, Cristiano was kind enough to help us with our heavy luggage both during the check-in and check-out.

The location is good - close to the train/bus station. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. It is not noisy even though the train is close by. Lots of space and quite large bathroom (+ for not having a cold marble floor in the bathroom)

The flat is on the highest floor of a 4?/5? floor building with no elevator, so maybe an issue for someone with lots of luggage/limited mobility. Gas water boiler - water temperature fluctuates somewhat in the shower etc.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location was close to downtown but a little bit of a walk with luggage from the train station.

The only reason we did not give it a 10 was the 4 flights of stairs without an elevator. If you have a lot of luggage or any type of trouble climbing, I would not recommend it

Generally pleased with the rental.

Convenient to the train station. 15 minute walk to historic part of Brescia. Nicely remodeled, spacious and clean in a quiet area of the city.

The mattress was much too soft. The apartment is on the top of 4 story walk up. It wasn't much of an issue for us, but perhaps is should be made explicit for people who may have heavy luggage.

Great location, big apartment, friendly owner and peaceful surroundings (despite train station which didn't bother me at all). Fast acces to the city centre.

Bien placé, mieux s’il y’avait une meilleure climatisation

Emplacement près de la gare et du centre. Apparemment traversant, pratique pour faire circuler l’air, ventilateur dans chaque pièce. Étage élevé.

La climatisation n’existe que pour une chambre. Le salon et l’autre chambre n’ont pas de climatisation et si on ouvre la porte de la chambre climatisée, le climatiseur n’est pas assez puissant pour refroidir le salon. Heureusement, on peut ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit pour faire du courant d’air assez efficace.

Foarte curat și îngrijită locuință!

De regulă sunt pretențioasă la curățenie și prospețimea lenjeriei de pat cu prosoapele. Aici totul a fost perfect. Fără nici o obiecție. Stăpânul foarte amabil, ne-a așteptat cu multă răbdare.

Am fost la sfirsit de august, și era foarte cald. Conditionerul nu a prea făcut față și este ff gălăgios, mai ales pentru noapte. Este puțin mai incomod cu preluarea cheilor, Deoarece proprietarul ți-o transmite personal și trebuie să spui ora exactă la care vei ajunge. Dar a fost amabil și ne-a aștepta cît a fost nevoie.

Hôte très accueillant, a l’écoute, extrêmement réactif à nos demandes. Emplacement idéal proche du centre et de la gare. Literie pour les deux lits doubles excellente. Ventilateur au plafond des deux chambres, climatiseur dans la chambre de 3. Machine à laver fonctionnelle très appréciable

Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony, spokojna okolica, blisko do atrakcji. Nie było problemów z miejscem parkingowym. Miła obsługa, bardzo dobry kontakt. Polecam!

Es war recht preiswert und nah zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt

Es hat sehr nach Putzmittel gerochen. Ausstattung war schon eher alt. Das große Problem : die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und hat nicht wirklich gekühlt. Leider hat der Gastgeber nach meinem Check-In auf Fragen nicht mehr geantwortet
