Localização boa para o que precisávamos. Limpeza estava boa.

As portas do box não se encaixam, acaba molhando o banheiro

Hangos a környezet, nem volt elég nagy tisztaság, felületesen takarítottak ki.

Appartamento bellissimo, pulitissimo, dotato di ogni necessità e anche di più. I proprietari sono delle persone veramente splendide: precise, simpatiche, generose, disponibilissime. A pochi metri sia dalla Stazione Ferroviaria sia dalla Metropolitana, ma ci sono anche tanti servizi in zona e non mancano i bar dove poter fare delle ottime colazioni. Il palazzo è uno dei posti più belli, pieni di verde e più sicuri in cui io e la mia compagna abbiamo mai alloggiato. L'appartamento infatti si trova in un palazzo moderno e molto sicuro e pulito, dotato di ben due ascensori, ma soprattutto ha un vero e proprio Parco all'interno della struttura. Pace e tranquillità immersi nel verde, questa è fin da subito la prima impressione che si ha. Lo consigliamo assolutamente a chiunque, che viaggi da solo o in compagnia, che viaggi per turismo o per lavoro, per soggiorni brevi o lunghi. Spazioso, luminoso, comodo, c'è davvero tutto quello che serve per passare dei giorni di viaggio senza sentirsi lontano da casa. Torneremo sicuramente in questo bellissimo appartamento. E ancora grazie infinite ai proprietari che sono stati davvero eccezionali.

The location is great: 3 min walk to the Train station and 15-40 min walk to the castle and other plazas and buildings. Also many places to eat, have a coffee/ tea etc. met many nice biz owners. Balcony was ok. City /industrial view.

It wasn’t cleaned well: hair still in the small shower, and on the floor in places, extremely slippery shower floor — needs a mat. As soap build up makes it very slippery. A sheet and pillows were provided, but the blanket in the cabinet seemed old and not quite cleaned enough. The place needs a facelift. Also. A large number of empty dish soap, shower soap, cleaning stuff left by previous renters were in the cabinets. Why not dispose of these ? Fridge was good. One of the curtains was hung precariously and fell down. I repositioned it. The owners are very nice and personable people but seem pretty busy. All in all, other than the location ( building was good !). I really can’t recommend it.
