Questionable Cleanliness and No Comfort

There was an elevator and a washing machine.

This place is maybe suitable at 1/2 the price point for a solo college student. Cheap, uncomfortable furniture. Around the toilet and bidet hadn't been cleaned in ages. The things I found in the shower, I don't even want to think about. Shower not draining properly. Mismatched rags as towels. No trash can liners. Blanket had not been washed in between guests. One pillow per person. Honestly I have no idea how the reviews thus far are positive. Avoid unless you need to be near the train station and are desperate.

Alles - einfach toll nichts auszusetzen. Super Aufenthalt. Il proprietario è stato fantastico, gentilissimo. L'appartamento è semplicemente perfetto. Tutto è stato fantastico. Siamo rimasti molto dispiaciuti quando la vacanza è finita. Non possiamo che consigliare questo appartamento a chiunque visiti Brescia. Tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto.

Ár-érték arányban kitűnő választás, és Brescia kiváló kiindulópont a környék felfedezéséhez

Reggelit nem tartalmazott az ellátás (viszont több kávézó is volt az épület közelében), de minden, ami egy konyhában szükséges, megtalálható. Közel a vasútállomás (tényleg 3 perc séta), ami nekünk szempont volt, mert vonattal jártuk be a környéket. Az óváros is kb. 20 percre található. Liftes, zárható parkban található épület, nagy erkély tartozott az apartmanhoz.

A vasút közelsége miatt egy kicsit zajos, de ez csak engem zavart, aki amúgy is rossz alvó vagyok. :)

Il proprietario mi ha accolto in struttura e consegnato personalmente le chiavi, dandomi tutti i ragguagli e le informazioni che mi servivano.

Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage zur Innenstadt, zum historischen Zentrum, war gut (ca. 15Min zu Fuß) und es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir durften unsere eBikes sicher auf dem Balkon abstellen.

Das Gebäude war insgesamt sehr aufgeheizt, aber dafür gab es eine Klimaanlage im Wohnraum. An einer etwas verkehrsreichen Straße gelegen.

Delusione totale!!

La posizione della casa e ottima, ottimo anche il caffè al bar sotto casa.

La casa diciamo vuota,spoglia quasi di tutto. Poche posate,bichiere quasi insistenti e per di più 1 tazzina del caffè sporca. Nel frigo non c'era nemmeno 1 bottiglia di acqua. Box doccia misure ridotte al minimo, asciugamani messi così.....puliti ma usati al massimo e nemmeno profumati di ammorbidente (per non aggiungere odore di mufa). Nel bagno non c'erano nemmeno il tappeto antiscivolo......potrei andare avanti!!! Tutto questo per un appartamento classificato come casa vacanze????

Otima localização, muito bem recebido pelo anfitrião. Falta um pouco de investimento no apto.

O anfitrião nos recebeu e nos deixou a vontade, deu dicas de passeios, localização excelente

O estacionamento é na rua e tem que ser pago, existem poucas vagas sem custo na área branca. Os utensílios da cozinha tem que ser atualizados.

Un'oasi verde nel centro di Brescia

Stefano è molto premuroso, cordiale, attento e pronto a rispondere per ogni evenienza. L'appartamento è in un contesto signorile, molto carino, curato e a pochi passi dal centro oltre che dai principali servizi. Nonostante sia a pochi passi dalla stazione molto silenzioso. Facile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni.
