La posizione era il suo punto di forza , come colazione il signor Enrico ha proposto un bar nel caso non volevamo farla a casa, è stato molto premuroso e molto attento nei minimo dettagli chiamandoci ogni tanto e chiedendoci come siamo stati durante la notte , se vi trovate per Brescia pernottate da lui

L'appartamento è molto carino, è piccolo, ma ben tenuto, e tra i pro vi è sicuramente la posizione ed anche i servizi che fornisce. La casa ha TV, coperte in base alla stagione, stufa in aggiunta al termosifone, il bagno ha sapone, shampoo e asciugamani, ed anche per fare pulizie, per mangiare in più persone con vari tipi di bicchieri, pentole e tutto.
Tra i contro vi è che per quanto la posizione sia ottima, in quanto sia in centro e in un raggio molto piccolo vi sono vari bar, fruttivendoli, gelaterie, ristoranti molto vicini, questo può essere una problematica la notte per chi ha un sonno leggero, in quanto si sentono bene le macchine ed il viavai di persone. L'altra problematica è il bagno che, per quanto sia rifornito, va a boiler, è senza bidet, ed è pure piccolo e quasi claustrofobico; questo per me non è stato troppo un problema, però muoversi è stato relativamente difficile.
