Home away from home!

The apartment is located right in the city, making it easy to find your way around. Loved that the apartment really felt like a home away from home. It had all the necessary home appliances, oven, microwave, cooking pots and utensils, washing machine, drying rack etc which came in useful as we were a family...We also met with the owner during check in who showed us around the apartment, and how to use the appliances. He doesn't stay around, but one of the neighbours in the complex helps oversee the apartment and is available to help if you have any problems. Overall, we had a great and wonderful stay...

The bed headboard is worn out and could do with some updating

It was very comfortable and an easy walk into Brescia. Bus stop right outside to get to the train station. Everything you needed for a lovely stay.

Unfortunately there was scaffolding up until the last day so could only use the balcony on our last evening.

Good location, had everything you needed. very helpful host.

This property is currently a building site, no access to the balcony due to scaffolding, netting which let no natural light into the property. Was woken up at 8am by very loud drilling every morning. I don’t think this should be on booking.com whilst renovations are ongoing.

Nice place with the nice host

Very nice and helpful host. Near the bus stop and metro station. Equipment like in the description. 4th floor but there is the lift.

Outside is quite noisy because of car traffic but it is not depend from the host, just the location.

Very good

Very nice apartment at the last floor of a block of flats. The neighborhood was quite OK, not too far from city center, with a parking place available in front, few places to get coffee and paninis or local products. The apartment had all the amenities, from AC and washing machine to coffee machine. Our host was very kind and even left us enough coffee pads for the whole stay. I definitely recommend it.

Perfect apartment in beautiful Brescia

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable with everything we needed including a washing machine which was essential as we are travelling around Italy for a month. There is a supermarket opposite, but when we were there it was closed so the nearest one was Italmark in Via Massimo d'Azeglio a short walk away. Recommend visitors take advantage of the excellent metro to move around. - Marconi station also just a short walk away.

Nice and cozy place equipped with everything you can need, it's really impossible to find better in Brescia and in general in Italy at that price

It's a little bit disappointing the quality of the place, especially if you will come from abroad don't expect the level of Airbnbs maybe you are used with. Anyway It's absolutely the best you can find around here so I totally recommend.

Un bon gîte avec tout le confort

Le logement était très confortable . Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait dans une maison. Accueil agréable par Fanny.

On entend quand même un peu la circulation automobile D'autre part, nous faire penser dès l'arrivée au règlement de la taxe de séjour et nous dire comment procéder. En France, on ne laisse jamais d'argent liquide dans un gîte, on donne toujours l'argent à quelqu'un

No estaba limpio del todo. Tuvimos que limpiar el aseo. No había papel de váter. No entiendo la función entre de la cortinilla que hay entre la cama y el sofá cama.

Una bella casa lontano da casa

La pulizia, la disponibilità dell'host e l'attenzione ai dettagli (pay-per-view gratuito, tutti i confort dj un appartamento super attrezzato). La location (vicinissimo agli Spedali Civili, con parcheggio, servita bene dai mezzi pubblici, con negozi e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza pensieri)

La pioggerellina uggiosa di Brescia, ma meno male che dentro casa c'era un bel calduccio e una bella TV!!!
