The lack of hot water makes my evening terrible
It’s a big apartment
No washing machine as advertised and no hot water. I came in November, and the water is freezing with no hot water at night. The hot water only works briefly in the early morning.

Piso apto con detalles
El alojamiento estaba limpio y es espacioso
El partamento es amplio pero no tiene casi muebles. Llegamos y solo había una cama con sábanas. Escribi a Nina y me dijo que estaban dentro del sofá, cuando saqué las sábanas para hacer la cama tenían agujeros (Adjunto fotos) no solo estaban tiradas dentro del sillón sino que las sábanas estaban rotas. Tampoco había mantas, tuvimos que improvisar y poner varias telas finas dentro de la funda. Hicimos una reserva para 4 personas y habían solo 3 sillas, se lo comenté a Nina y no me respondió, me dijo que muchas familias de 4 personas se han quedado muy felices, lo cual no me parece correcto su mensaje. Su trato no fue bueno, incluso le escribí al irme indicando que dejé las llaves y tampoco respondió. En la cocina la nevera no funcionaba y había un frigobar muy muy pequeño. No había ni 4 vasos, teníamos que usar tazas. Las toallas estaban muy viejitas

L'apartament és gran i molt net. La Nina ha estat amable.
Esta molt poc equipat, els mobles semblen haver estat recollits i no mantenen cap ordre ni sintonia. Manquen molt estris de cuina, no hi ha cafetera , i les paelles i olles no estan en bon estat. Hi ha molt pocs mobles i l' aspecte és molt pobre. Els endolls alguns no funcionaven.
