Not an appartement but a low-cost hotel room with insufficient equipped kitchenette.

Not too far from the station. Good restaurant Casa de Italia nearby. Very silent.

It's not an appartement but a low cost hotel room with a kitchenette, at no low-cost price. One tiny pillow per person is all you get and, as there is no other place to sit but the table, it's extremely uncomfortable. The cofee and coffee machibe are useless, as there are no spoons, nor forks, knifes, etc. Corridors are "The Shining" style.

Good location, easy access with lock box. Good communication. Nice and clean room.

Not sure if this building also hosts longer term rentals as well as short stays. But every night we heard neighbours yelling, doors slamming, and domestic arguments. Also, although signs warn of no smoking, clearly smoking occurs with great regularity. Standing in the kitchen, you can distinctly smell cigarette smoke wafting through the vents over the stove. Very noticeable. Some parts of the building appear unfinished with wires hanging from receptacles. Not awful, but wouldn’t opt to stay here again.

The location was great, it was very clean, the hosts were very helpful.

The sofa bed wasn’t as comfortable as the other beds (the sofa bed was still fine but had a few lumpy bits as it was a bit of an odd design).

Great value, clean apartment

We wanted a place to stay near where my daughter lives so we could help with her new baby. The flat was ideally located near the Migros, some good restaurants and coffee shops and bus stops into Bern. The apartment was compact but came with equipped kitchen and good shower in bathroom. Easy instructions to get key and hosts organised our free bus travel while we were there.

My husband kept forgetting about the sloping roof as we were on the 4th floor in the attic space. Lift wasn't always working and cleaners started very early on Sunday!

It was a great stay and would reccomend the hotel

The location was a prime location for transit stations and local activities. Great history of old buildings for great photos and memories. beautiful old town with lots to see and do.

More restaurants opening hours early or later. it appeared to be little opened during our stay with limited hours.

Good accomodation. Short distance from train station and city center. Comfortable beds. Good communication and easy checkin. Simple but well equipped. Good balcony looking at calm street.

Top Ausstattung

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und liegt sehr zentral. Die Schlüsselübergabe & Abgabe ist sehr unkompliziert. Auf Anfrage konnte ich mein Check-In vorziehen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit! Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert.

Das Bett war meiner Meinung nach leider sehr unbequem. Ansonsten tiptop!

Alojamiento amplio, cómodo y muy bien equipado

El alojamiento es excelente, cuenta con todos los servicios que se indican. El acceso es muy fácil y la vivienda es amplia y cómoda. Las niñas se lo pasaron genial. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Sin duda, repetiremos.

une chambre à peine terminée qui doit être mieux pour être agréable et confortable

L'emplacement et la propreté d'une chambre neuve

Dans la chambre 13 (Appartement 1 Chambre avec Balcon et Vue sur la Ville ) Pas de rideaux ou voilage aux fenêtres pour pouvoir être dissimulé la journée dans la chambre des immeubles qui sont juste en face l’autre coté de la rue. Aucune armoire ni aucune étagères ou aucune penderie avec des cintres pour ranger ses habits. Pas de porte manteau. On ne sait pas quoi faire de son manteau. Dans la salle de bain, pas de prise électrique pour brancher un rasoir ou une brosse à dents dans la salle de bain. Ni pour brancher le sèche cheveux qui est présent mais inutilisable faute de prise ! Aucune table de chevet aux coté des lits Pas de lampe de chevet pour le deuxième lit. La prise est trop loin. Et la lampe pour le lit est un petit spot accroché au montant et donc peu pratique. Aucune présence humaine pour une trentaine de chambres..

Muy recomendable

El departamento era muy lindo, amplio y cómodo. Me encantó el detalle de que nos dejaran infusiones para el desayuno. La cocina muy completa y estaba todo impecable, la vajilla estaba como nueva. Destaco también la atención vía mensajes ya que se retrasó nuestra llegada y siempre estuvimos comunicados. Es muy sencillo el check in y check out.
