Lovely

We loved our stay here. Everything you need is already in the apartment, they left us water in the fridge when we arrived, which is always nice. Plus, they let us check out a little bit later. The area in which the apartments are located is very beautiful, surrounded by nature, and you're only 15 minutes away with the tram from the city center. As a side note from everyone considering coming here, the apartment is located in a complex for elderly people. That doesn't mean it's a nursing home of some sort, you'll never see doctors, nurses or anything there. Just lovely old people doing their thing :). They are very friendly and did not affect our stay there at all.

The wi-fi unfortunately is very weak. I hope they improve that. It's not like you don't have wi-fi at all, but you get signal only in some parts of the apartment.

We had a lovely stay, it was in an ideal location for easy access to the city centre and bear park.

The location was superb, there is a supermarket and restaurant close by and the soundproofing was excellent.

The settee was very small and with only one other chair they only accomodated 3 people and there were four of us. It would have been nice to have a dishcloth and a tea towel.

A great apartment for your stay in Bern.

We stayed 2 nights. It was the perfect accommodation for us during our stay. We loved the big balcony and great design. The kitchen was outfitted with all we needed. A grocery store was around the corner There was easy bus transportation to downtown Bern.

The unit had WIFI but it was not strong enough to stream Netflix or to support a video call.

Great value for family

Just 10mins drive to the Bear Park and then 10 mins walk to the centre of Bern. The location is great whatever you travelled to Jungfrau region, Luzern, Zurich or Rheinfall (even Zermatt is 2hrs driving). The facilities of the room is clean and new. Receptionists are very kind and helpful.

Loved everything about this stay. The facilities were terrific, the value (for amount paid) was remarkable, and the size of the unit, with large patio/porch was amazing! 2 (2!) patio doors to open for ventilation and fresh Swiss air... and overnight the area was very quiet, so doors could stay open. The COOP grocery, 2 minute walk, was used way more than we thought because the quality and quantity of the food offered there was incredible. The 6 tram into Bern was perfect. (download the oV Plus app for super-easy ticket purchase) 10chf for day pass, even less for simple round trip. Walk to Aare river through a lovely neighborhood. There was always a place to park our car right out front. One evening we were blocked in for a short time by a service/moving van, but not a big deal. In short, nothing but praises to sing about our week here!! Want to return, immediately!

I've never been a huge fan of the Nespresso coffee maker in kitchen, but that's a small problem, and just my opinion. The toaster, hot kettle, microwave..... all great! We did have an entry into one unit by a healthcare worker the first night. Maybe an alarm was sounded somehow (this is an elder housing facility). We were never sure what happened or how that was triggered but it was a one-off situation, and she was very apologetic.

nice quiet location in Muri. soundproof rooms. clean. modern facilities. Friendly staff.

1) they weren’t able to provide me with the Bern card for free travel on public transport. normally, with every hotel reservation in Bern you get this free transport ticket. They said this was because Muri is outside of the commune of Bern. The hotel Sternen Muri, located about 200m from Senevita Residenz, provides their guests with the Bern card. 2) it would be nice if they cleaned your flat and made your bed once a day. these are all minor issues. I would be happy to stay here again

The staff were outstanding during the booking and check-in process; incredibly friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was immaculate and very well equipped; we appreciated the large fans in the living room, the huge TV, and the dishwasher and coffee machine in the kitchenette. The groundfloor patio area outside was brilliant for our two children to play. The laundry room in the underground passage was highly useful; you can book the machines up to a week in advance, although one was always available. The apartment complex is a very short walk from Coop supermarket, ATMs, and the bus and tram stops that connect Muri with Bern and Worb.

The main reception desk is only open until 4-4.30pm during the week and closed at weekends, which made it tricky to contact staff. The internet was unreliable and frequently dropped out completely.

Moderne Wohnung mit 2 Restaurants und Coop im selben Gebäudekompex

Sehr saubere, moderne Wohnung mit guter Raumaufteilung und das Nötigste in der Küche, was man braucht. Sehr grosser, gedeckter Balkon. Der grösste Teil der Gebäude ist eine Seniorenresidenz, was etwas speziell tönt, aber Architektur und Inneneinrichtung sind top modern und die Stimmung sehr gut. Zudem befinden sich ein Coop, eine Apotheke und zwei Restaurants (ein wirkl. feines Italien.) im selben Komplex, was wirklich praktisch ist. Die Aare ist für tolle Spaziergänge auch nicht weit entfernt und das Auto kann man ohne Aufpreis direkt vor dem Haus parken. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

El departamento era muy cómodo. En una zona tranquila. Amplio parking. Había un supermercado pequeño a pocos metros.

No había mucha disponibilidad de restaurantes cerca del departamento. Durante la estadía hemos hecho un par de consultas al anfitrión y nunca contestó.
