Exactly what it advertised. No extras. No conveniences. However it had everything required and was clean/tidy/wa

The check in and check out instructions were clear and on time. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had all required utensils. The heating worked well and the bathroom was well equipped.

No handsoap in the bathroom, which is always nice to have. A coffee machine but no coffee pods, it would be nice to have one or two pods just for the first day. The towel for the kitchen was black and left fluff when drying dishes, not ideal when having to do the washing up and put everything away on the last day. I also have concerns about how thoroughly the plates etc get washed when it is the previous renters responsibility. If they are not particularly clean - it is the next renter that would suffer.

Disappointment

Close to the city center, excellent location, clean apartment.

It was complicated to get in the apartment, even though we indicated the arrival time. The deposit is unrealistically high. The equipment is incomplete, basic things, soap, salt, coffee.. none. The bed is unsuitable for a 14 year old child, maybe it's good for a 7 year old. It was an unpleasant experience. :(

TRY TO AVOID THIS STRUCTURE

I would avoid this structure. A part from the fact that they asked me for a deposit of 500 CHF, something that is quite unusual, and for the fact that I got back the deposit after almost 3 weeks, the main concern is that the room was not ready and clean when we arrived at 7 pm. Thus we had to buy a Swiss sim and contact several times the structure, go back from the city center to bring the keys and wait till 11 pm. Of course, a part from various excuses anything was reimbursed for this fact but they instead asked us to clean the room for the next guest, something that we clearly did since we were scared for the deposit of 500 CHF. Probably the deposit is a strategy to push the guest to clean the room their own and do not pay the clean services, which explains also why we found the room not cleaned. Of course anything of this in mentioned on booking. Try to avoid this structure!!!

Good value for money

Very easy check in, great location, easy to park around the building, close to supermarkets, apartment is well equipped with great wifi and is super clean. SUPER quiet neighborhood and building so make sure that you can adapt to that. :) Overall great stay!

Would recommend for a couple or 2 adults. We also had our 7 years old daughter with us, the couch is not that comfortable to sleep on so she had to bunk in the bed with us which was too crowded. :) You need a parking meter card to park in the neighborhood, we did not have one and the host was supposed to provide one but we never got it. Was not a huge problem for us as we spent our days in the other cities so did not need it much but be careful if you'll leave your car parked there. None of these were issues, overall we loved our stay.

When we arrived (late in the evening), to be able to close the refrigerator door, I had to defrost the freezer compartment of the refrigerator (considerable ice build-up preventing the compartment and refrigerator door from closing). I made quite a mess, having to mop up the water from the floor and refrigerator interior the next morning.

Wonderful, spacious studio!

Very comfortable, quiet studio in a nice part of town, close to the city centre, but also to the Aare river and the Gurten hill. The balcony has sun from the early afternoon till sunset (in April) and has a nice garden view with lots of trees. Good support from the administration and the cleaning team. I spent a month in this apartment and will definitely book it again!

Die Lage wäre praktisch gewesen..... Mehr positives gibt es leider nicht zu berichten.....!

Unterkunft war nicht gereinigt, Ausstattung spartanisch und in schlechtem Zustand. Bett war bereits benutzt, Bad versft. Küche schmutzig!

On ne recommande pas cet hébergement, sauf si on mange que des repas déjà préparés à mettre dans le micro-ondes.

L’emplacement dans la ville, la grandeur de l’hébergement, la salle de bain.

L’équipement de la cuisine, manque de poêle à frire d’un grille-pain, d’ustensiles pour cuisiner, pas d’épices, d’huile pour cuisiner! Pas de savon à main. On devait avoir accès à une laveuse à linge, mais pas disponible dans l’appartement, seulement dans le building avec une carte non-fournie. Difficile d’avoir des réponses à nos questions. Manque d’infos sur le recyclage! On l’a trouvé en fouillant sur Internet.
