Very well equipped apartment and great communication with the host!

Great apartment situated close to the tram/bus station or, depending on what you wanna visit can be done by walking.It is around 18 minutes till Zoo, which is partially free, and around 25 minutes to the Parliament’s building. Both checkin and location was pretty simple to do and find. We received information about both and more, like the laundry room and iron location. Communication with host was great, always very helpful and quick to reply. We received some codes which allowed us to use bus/tram/funicular free of charge within Bern, easy to activate. The apartment has all facilities mentioned, kitchen well equipped and we had no issue during our stay!

We enjoyed our stay - it was a home away from home.

We liked the modern decor and the nice kitchen with capsule coffee machine. Appreciated the comfy bed in the master bedroom. The Armotti team responded immediately to our questions about TV and washing machine. The location is ideal, a quiet neighbourhood but close to the train station.

The three flights of stairs to the apartment and the shower over the deep bath-tub might be a challenge for some.

Excellent stay!

The entire stay was perfect and the apartment excellent. Quiet area and center easily reachable by tram or bike.

Locker for key with numbers combination related to self check-in was quite hard to sort since with night and torch light they were really not do visible. I spent 20 minutes at midnight to find finally the correct numbers alignment. Bruna was very kind to book a free parking for us in a building parking far 1 tram stop and was very good, I 'd say. The only bad think was that the first night 29/30 Jun the rented car was found with 2 scratches on the roof top. I took the picture of roof top on 30-Jun morning since the night before at pick up that part was not photographed. Today at the car retirement Europcar confirmed those scratches were not there in 29-jun evening and now I need to pay. Finally, likely there were some guys who did that in the parking but I don't know why and wanted only to inform to bring about that

Apartamento muy cómodo y súper limpio

El apartamento estaba muy lindo, con todo lo necesario, pensaron en todos los detalles y estaba súper limpio. Te envían una aplicación con la cual podés usar todo el transporte público gratis dentro de Berna. Si volviera no dudaría en ir al mismo apartamento
