Great location and comfortable amenities

The bed was very comfortable and check in was very easy.

I sadly ended up not having towels for the first 2.5 days, with some confusing communication. While towels were provided afterwards, it certainly was inconvenient.

Bibliothek & Aufenthaltsraum intern, schön dicke Badetücher, nice kitchen mit Wasserhahn zum zusammenklappen. Kaffee -kapsel -maschine im Zimmer. Süsse Deko & viel Stauraum, Garderobe, Kofferablage. Nahe ÖV & Innenstadt aber trotzdem ruhige Lage. 02Min. zum nächsten öffentlichen Bücherregal.

Musste leider den Support anrufen wegen dem Zugangscode, aber mir wurde zum Glück sofort freundlich geholfen.

Visita a Suiza

El espacio de la habitación es acogedor. La planta de la biblioteca es agradable. La ubicación está muy bien, a pocos kilómetros del centro. El parking muy bien.

No me gustó que en 5 noches de estancia no tuviéramos opción de que nos limpiaran la habitación ni ninguna instrucción en caso de necesitar contacto para solicitar esa limpieza. Entiendo que nos limpiaran quieran hacerlo, pero son habitaciones con cocina, al menos dejar una escoba y un recogedor por si quiero limpiar yo la zona de cocina. Da sensación de inseguridad no ver a nadie en ningún momento. Tampoco opción de obtener un mapa de la zona o un poco de asesoramiento.

Sauber und toll eingerichtet

Seifenspender waren alle und wurden auf Anfrage nicht gewechselt. Steckdose war kaputt für Kocher, Waschbecken in der Küche als auch Abwaschmöglichkeit für Geschirr fehlt komplett. Hat uns nicht weiter gestört, Aber wer da essen möchte, bekommt sein Geschirr nicht sauber….

Le code acces studio est parfois défaillant et c'est un peu stressant L absence d'accueil est dommage. Une permanence même ponctuelle en plus du personnel d'entretien serait bienvenu. Alptraumnacht im benutzen Bett

Wenn das Apartment gereinigt gewesen wäre, wäre es schön gewesen.

Das Apartment war nicht gereinigt, benutztes, dreckiges Bett, benutzte, dreckige Bettwäsche und Handtücher, schmutzige Toilette und Waschbecken, Mülleimer voll. Anbieter nicht erreichbar, keine Reaktion auf Mails weder über Booking noch anderweitig, Es gab nur automatische Mails, dass ich bewerten soll. Nach 1 Nacht in einem gebrauchten Bett ohne Aussicht auf Änderung bin ich abgereist.

Netjes verblijf met alles wat je nodig hebt, op een leuke locatie

Heerlijke locatie, dicht bij openbaar vervoer. Er is een transport kaart voor openbaarvervoer inbegrepen in de overnachtingen, waarmee we gratis door Bern konden reizen, heel fijn! Voor 10 chf per nacht konden we onze auto onder het hotel parkeren. De kamer is echt klein, het bed ook, maar van alles wat je nodig hebt voorzien, fijn om te kunnen koken! Inchecken met codes ging super soepel. Voorafgaand wordt er gevraagd om de toeristenbelasting (en evt parkeerkosten) te betalen, dit ging ook prima. Perfect verblijf zou het zeker aanraden!

Er was maar 1 hoofdkussen aanwezig, dan is het lastig dat er geen personeel is om dit door te geven.

Ruhige, gut ausgestattete Zimmer in schöner Lage.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, super ausgestattet und es ist schön ruhig.

Das Bett ist für 2 Personen etwas klein. Zudem haben wir unsere Bern City Card erst auf Nachfrage bekommen. Die übermittelte Code für die Eingangstür hat bei Anreise nicht gestimmt. Uns wurde telefonische aber schnell und kompetent geholfen.
