The location for sure, areas we wanted to visit were literally right outside. I liked having a washer, especially with it being a 15 day trip, came in handy.Tall windows and shutters let in a lot of natural light. The elevator was helpful as well. Full sized fridge and freezer were also pluses.
The AC wasn't very good. The units were the portable type, connected through an exhaust hose to the outside. The one in the main bedroom as adequate, the one in the living room and extra bedroom didn't cool much. BUT, we did travel during the heatwave, which magnified the problem.

The overall location was good. It was quite noisy on the Saturday night from the bar on the street corner until 2am which was not good. Would have liked communication about accessing keys a little earlier than I received it but it all worked out well in the end
A coffee table or similar in the living room area would be nice. There is nothing to rest drinks on or play any sort of games. nothing else

Posizione ottima, a due minuti da piazza Erbe e vicinissimo all' Arena ed a tutte le maggiori attrazioni.
Pulizia da migliorare ed acqua calda praticamente quasi assente. Casa molto grande e ben arredata
