It was a central and convent apartment. The lads were great to meet us at the place and so friendly

Good but beware of the pictures

The appartment was in a good location. The staff was welcoming with a collaborator coming to show you the appartment. They offered us a bottle of water as a welcome gift. There is a possibility to cook yourself with a well equipped kitchen. They have an espresso machine with few coffee pods.

The Cadreghe Apartments are a group of few appartments. The pictures shown in the advertisement are confusing because I booked in order to get the appartment shown in the pictures. Unfortunately most of the pictures that I saw belonged to other appartments. They also proposed a getaway deal showing a strong discount from 220€ to 120€ per night. With such an attractive discount, you could feel that you had done a great deal, getting a high valued appartment. Unfortunately, I felt the power of merketing. The price of 120€ might be a bit high. Main flaws are : the noise from the street - you can hear everything happening in the street. When there is a car running in the street, you might think it is a thunderstorm. You can also hear any talks from the street. The kitchen tap leaks a bit. The bathroom is damp. Disappointment to not seeing the same appartment as in the pics.

The location was great, right in the centre of Verona with a one minute walk to bars and restaurants. Easy to meet and check in. Nice late check out time.

The bathroom got very damp and could do with a revamp - the shower head was a bit clogged and the bathroom was dark and dingey. Also the kitchen sink leaked.

An absolutely perfect break in a beautiful apartment.

Gian was the perfect host, he met us earlier than our arranged time which was a bonus! He asked what kind of food, interests we had and sent a personalized list of recommendations that he thought we would enjoy, and we absolutely did. He was thoughtful in contacting us on the first day to check we had settled in okay, but never intrusive. He is a fantastic guy, I would definitely hope to stay in his apartment again.

I loved everything about the apartment, it was very clean, modern and so handy for everything that we wanted to see. Central enough to be able to walk to all the local attractions but on a quiet street so there was no disturbance in the night time.

Nice stay for a weekend vacation in Verona, but with some quirks

The most remarkable thing about this place is the location. It’s only a couple of minutes walk from Piazza Erbe and House of Juliet Also, coffee machine was a very good addition to the stay. Also the stuff was very friendly and ready to help.

First of all, the apartments were missing one wine glass, but a replacement was brought to us pretty quickly. Now for the things we didn’t like: 1) seat and cover of toilet had broken hinges and misplaced 2) hair dryer has some small thing broken inside. although working, it made a terrible sound 3) one of two bed lights was not working but was very hot 4) lights over the stove were not functioning 5) electric sockets were too tight for most of our plugs. also, the iron and hairdryer were unable to fit into them 6) AC made weirds and loud sounds while working from time to time 7) Overall lighting was a little bit dark inside during evenings 8) faucet in kitchen had lots of calcium and it was unable to run it with a small flow 9) There were not enough shelves in bathroom for cosmetics 10) light in bathroom was a bit dark for applying makeup 11) The bed was a little bit short so our legs could touch the wall To sum up, overall stay was almost good, but those tiny problems spoiled the experience a bit.

Great location, very kind staff.

The host who was waiting for us to give the code and tell some instructions was super kind. The location was just great, in the very center, even approachable by car (in specific times of the day). The apartment is stylish. We stayed just 2 nights so we did not even make full use of it. Coffee machine with espresso capsules is an advantage, although, when in Verona, you most likely want to go out and have a cup of coffee somwhere in the city :). Air conditioning worked well - meaning it managed to keep the apartment cool even in very high temperatures. Also, they were flexible with our check-out as we were a bit late, so we highly appreciate that. And the communication during booking process and then even making some changes was REALLY GREAT.

The apartment might benefit from some quick and easy repairs (one window shield broken, replacement of the leaking shower-head...) and bit more thorough cleansing of the bathroom. Also the air contitioning was a bit too loud, but my earplugs solved that easily :) In general a very good place to stay in Verona!

Beautiful town , very much worth a visit

location and size of the apartment and the bathroom although tight had an enhancing mirror which I loved and staff GM was very very hospitable offering suggestions etc .

the tap in the kitchen was broken so could not wash the dishes . the TV had no English channels or instruction on how to operate . Air conditioner was very loud if left on during sleep , needs replacing with a white one .

Location location location

Amazing location. Right in the heart of the old town with everything on your doorstep, yet quiet at night. Great communication with the property too and very helpful re. check in etc. Keypad code for entering is so handy.

As mentioned in previous reviews great facilities for making tea/coffee but no cups. I made tea in a glass. The apartment could do with being freshened up, with a a few better quality pillows/towels/crockery etc and pillowcases needed for the spare pillows, we both use 2 each. The aircon is also definitely noisier than usual.

Great stay in central Verona

Amazing location. The Host was really nice and helpful. Gave us amazing recommendations for bars and restaurants. The flat was really clean and a great size! Ideal for a short stay.

The only downside is that you can hear the noise of cars passing by the road next to the flat (but are not that many as the traffic is very minimal). The aircon unit was really really noisy. The shower leaves also a big puddle in the bathroom (the glass doesn't block the water fully from coming out!) But apart from that was great!!

PErfect location, low standard room, no fancy furniture, unclean....+ loud street

Location only...

1.) Parking was very far with baggages, about 15-20 min walk. Host should have told us to drive to address first, get baggages off, then go to parking. 2.) It was unclean... 3.) Not one tiny accessory to feel better (no map about city...) 4.) It is obvious that for this place two people, mostly a couple comes. Therefore a deluxe bed should have been here, instead of two single beds... 5.) 10€ tax had to be left on top as turism tax. Should be in the price, or at least should have informed upront...

Well located and friendly service.

Excellent location in the historical centre, a short walk to all of the main sights such as Juliette's Balcony, Piazza delle Erbe, Arena, Piazza Bra, Ponte Pietra, Castelvecchio, Teatro Romano etc. There was a good sized supermarket a short walk away. We both had to work remotely for 6 days that we were staying and found the wifi was good enough for 2 people to video call at the same time, which was important for us. We were able to check in early and the staff who greeted us was very friendly, gave us plenty of tips for places to see, eat and drink (all recommendations were excellent)

We found it a bit difficult to keep the temperature regulated with the airconditioner. We also found the basement room not easy to use since it was a bit damp (being underground to be expected somewhat). As we were there for over 2 weeks, we would have found it useful to have a washing machince for clothes.

100 e più euro a notte per un seminterrato sono troppi, va bene la posizione al top ma così si esagera. da collega ti dico: se le persone pagano quanto chiedi hai sempre ragione, però almeno pulire l'appartamento meglio (sembrava una latrina) ed un wifi decoroso visto che siamo sotto terra e quindi segnale connesione dati, per cortesia...

Se não fosse o centro da cidade que ainda salva algo, diria que foi desconfortável.

Cama de casal que não é de casal, são duas camas de solteiro. Achei bem desconfortável na hora de dormir. outra coisa que não gostei também, é a questão do banheiro não ter 1 tapete disponível para o tanto de água que saia pela as bordas. Deveriam melhorar essa questão, passei a semana usando as toalhas pra tentar amenizar o molhado que ficava sempre que tomava banho, é realmente desgastante e desagradável. Nunca vi nada igual 👎🏼
