Was easy to collect the property key. The apartment has a perfect size for 2, large bathroom, clean, comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchen. Good position to reach by car when the hours allow, because it is in the ZTL area (limited traffic area), close to the centre.

A bit noisy in the morning. The air conditioner in the kitchen could not cope with the heat from outside and there was none in the bedroom.

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay at Relais all'Aquila. The apartment is in an excellent location, walking distance to everything. It's spacious quiet and clean. The AC was also extremely useful during the hot nights.

The kitchen has limited amount of utensils, it's only enough to prepare some simple food. But the apartment is super close to many good restaurants so it's not a big issue.

- difficult to locate - very limited parking options (however there are some free parking options for electric car that you should be aware of) - insufficient support from host in check-in and getting around. No host present on site

Nestled between the river and the historical centre

Super comfortable bed, fluffy towels and a fridge loaded with goodies (including a delicious cake)

We liked everything, but it would have been nice to have a bread knife in the kitchen.

Decent for a few nights in Verona

Location great and apartment very clean and modern. Good powerful shower and good kitchen facilities. We were allowed to collect the keys early (before the apartment was ready) so we could leave our suitcases which was really helpful.

Breakfast was pretty measly - just a few packaged cakes and fruit in syrup. I think it’s a bit cheeky to advertise as breakfast included - we ended up going to the local supermarket to buy some sandwiches. Shower cubicle started filling with water after 5 mins- must be a blockage but wasn’t really a big issue.

Great location, comfortable bed, silence, cleanliness, interesting design. Сoffee machine.

I had a problem with cellular and internet. There was no information about the apartments at the entrance. Therefore, there was a small problem when checking in. I advise the owner to give more detailed instructions, and guests are more interested in the check-in process. I could not figure out the heating system. It is present but not working. So, ask the owner to turn it on.

Consiglio Relais all'Aquila! Ottimo!

Appartamento perfetto, pulito, confortevole e comodo al centro Storico di Verona. Ho fatto una sorpresa a mio marito per i suoi 50 anni, ed è rimasto sorprendentemente felice!

Abbiamo optato nei tre giorni di permanenza, per una cena tranquilla e rilassante a casa, purtroppo era dotata di poche stoviglie, solo n. 3 piatti e neanche una insalatiera o piatto grande da portata. Ma comunque ci siamo attrezzati per far sì che la cena fosse super!

Unterkunft war gut, Lage sehr gut.

Grundsätzlich sauber, aber könnte etwas mehr geputzt werden. Dusche sehr klein aber i.O. Eine Anleitung für die Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert. Abgabe für Gepäck am Abreisetag sehr weit weg.

Appartamento molto accogliente e particolare nell'arredamento. Stanze pulite e per gli amanti del caffè c'è anche la macchinetta con le cialde!! Letti e cuscini molto comodi.. Wifi e smart tv. In centrissimo, si raggiunge Piazza Erbe in 3 minuti a piedi
