Lovely old building in a great location, so convenient for so many places of interest. A passenger lift is installed, perfect for those with heavy luggage. Fully fitted kitchen with everything needed for almost any length of stay, a week for us. The 55 inch TV was very welcome during the couple of thunderstorms which kept us indoors and the balcony overlooking the Piazza Erbe was great for people watching. The living room area is very spacious and comfortable. The friendly concierge, Leonardo, was unobtrusive but always available if and when needed. The very large bed was very comfortable.

The preset aircon system was a little noisy during the night, but didn’t actually keep us awake. The wardrobe/clothing storage was rather minimal with only open hangers and a couple of shelves. The access to the bath/shower is somewhat tricky as it is about 3 feet above floor level and totally unsuitable for someone eldery or disabled. (This should be noted in the description)
