Lovely, clean, bright and airy property with everything needed for a night's stay.
Was a little chilly on arrival, we contacted the owner and he promptly gave the heating a boost. Excellent communication with the owner, always responded to my queries very promptly.

It was very comfortable and near to shops in Exeter.
Clean and new with a great shower and private outside area. The fridge was a thoughtful gesture along with shower gel, body lotion., iron and hair dryer. Overall very comfortable stay.

The room is new, modern, clean, and equipped with everything you need. It has a small front garden and, being set back from the road, it’s quiet and private. Street parking is easy, though paid (free at night). Definitely the best option for visiting Exeter.

Perfect little cabin
Brand new cabin at the back of a private property. Cozy and sparkling clean. Staff were super responsive, really helpful answering all my questions before the stay and during it. I couldn't recommend it more.
