Lovely place, nicely done out and with almost everything you need. Good location.
Dog friendly but yet neighbours complained about our dog barking which made us feel on edge. Also the guest information booklet was conflicting saying “pets are not allowed in the building” yet we paid £45 extra for our dog to come? Hot tub water had a green tinge to it?

Everything was wonderful. Comfy sofas and bed, kitchen with everything you need including coffee machine and in the fridge 2 bottles of water and pint of milk! Chairs and loungers in the little garden and the hot tub!!! Off road private parking and within walking distance of Topsham and next door to Aldi! Free wi-fi , massive TV with Sky&Netflix!!

Was a very nice and cozy stay, the main road didn’t bother at all. Hot tub was amazing and clean. Big TV was good.
We couldn’t figure out the heating and could have a more comfortable sofa.
