This is such a lovely little spot and a great base camp for exploring! We stayed in the newer apartments, and they were very nice and well-designed. This is a family-owned business, and our interactions with the daughter were wonderful. She was very helpful and friendly. Ortisei was fun to explore and close to so many amazing spots, like Seceda. I would definitely stay here again.
No toiletries were provided, other than one bar of hand soap, which we almost finished. Which is fine, but just be aware that you may have to stock up a bit at the store if not prepared.

The property was conveniently located and parking was easy. The place clean and the rooms and bathrooms were nice. The property was beautiful. The kitchen/dining area was spacious.
There was no sign on the laundry area letting you know about the coins needed for the machine. (5 Eouros). The circuit blew when you used the washer and dryer at the same time (no sign that informed us). No soap for dishes or body in the place. A roll of paper towels would have been nice.

Wonderful place! The apartments are spacious, with a large balcony and mountain views. Great ventilation kept it cool even on hot days. There is a nice area to walk a dog. The bus stop is right opposite the hotel, and there was almost no road noise. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city centre . Plus, there's a good pizzeria nearby.
No real cons. However, we noticed one inconvenience: the apartment didn't provide soap or shampoo, which was quite surprising. We had to go to a supermarket right away. There was also no cooking oil, salt, or sugar, making the kitchen feel somewhat impractical. That said, there was a lot of cooking equipment, and everything was brand new and perfectly clean."
