Beautiful spa hotel near city center ( within 5 minutes). I think all the rooms were small apartments. We had a two bedroom with kitchen and living room space and it was just perfect space for family time after hikes. There is also an incredible spa below ( steam, sauna, whirlpool, ice plunge, etc…). Finally, the little personal touches by the host David is what made our stay memorable (recommended hikes and local restaurants, morning bread service, laundry access, small drinks with spa time)…so many restaurants within walking distance from this place!!!

We recently stayed at Residence Ciastel for five nights in a two bedroom ground floor apartment with a private patio and we had a wonderful experience. This family run residence is warm, welcoming and exceptionally well managed. David was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent advice on local hikes, recommending walking trails, printing maps and explaining the public transport options. His local expertise made exploring the area effortless for our group of four. The accommodation also features a fantastic health and wellness area. After a full day of hiking, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the spa pool each evening. E-bikes are also available for guests, although unfortunately we didn't have enough time to make use of them. The thoughtful touches really stood out, including complimentary fresh fruit, coffee pods and sweets in the reception area, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, with restaurants, the gondolas, and the funicular all within easy walking distance. We would highly recommend Residence Ciastel and would happily stay here again.
