We had such a fantastic stay at Residence Ciastel! The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything felt thoughtfully set up, the hosts clearly go out of their way to make sure guests are as comfortable as possible.
A big highlight for us was the free e-bike rental – such a great bonus and a fun way to explore the area without extra cost.
But what really made the stay exceptional was David. His local knowledge is invaluable – he gave us tailored advice on the best hikes, helped us avoid the most crowded routes, and pointed us towards more off-the-beaten-track experiences that were still absolutely stunning. Thanks to his tips, we also managed to save money on cable cars while still seeing some of the most beautiful parts of the mountains around Ortisei. It honestly made a huge difference to our trip.
After long days in the mountains, the wellness facilities were perfect – such a nice way to wind down and relax in the evenings.
Overall, an amazing stay – great place and fantastic hosts, would 100% recommend!

Great location. Short walk to town center and cable cars. The host was extremely kind and helpful. We had no trouble checking in and out.
