Your ski base in Ortisei

Comfortable, well-equipped apartments in the immediate vicinity of the ski lift. Excellent contact with the owner. Everything you need for a week of skiing in the Dolomites.

Nice apartment for a skiing holiday in Val Gardena

The apartment was very nice and everything was as advertised. The ski lift to Seiser Alm is just next door, and to Seceda station there are escalators so you don't have to walk the whole way. We rented room for our skis and boots at the ski depot in Seceda station, so we didn't have to walk with ski boots and carry our skis each day.

For some reason, the bedroom with the double bed was too warm even though the floor heating was switched off. The beds were also a bit on the hard side.

Overall the apartment is spacious and the location is excellent.

The location is great, just five minutes walk to the town centre.

Unluckily after my booking, I had received over ten scam mails and even whatsapp messages alleging to be the manager of the Cesa Setil who said that my booking was something wrong and required me to give my credit card details in order to make good the reservation which I didn't do. Moreover, the car park lot is in underground such that I need to use the car lift for each drive out. I do not know this requirement when I book the apartment.

A pleasant stay

Great location and very clean! Good view from the balcony. You need go to another place to pick up the key, the staff came with us to the apartment and taught us how to use the lift garage. He is very helpful.

It would be more convenient if the keys could be get at the apartment after the guest informs the exact arrival time.

Clean apartment, great location

Excellent location, right next to the cable car for Alpe di Suise and easily walkable to town and the cable car for Seceda. Host kindly met us at the location due to us not finding the office! Brilliant underground garage for our hire car. Apartment was spotlessly clean, lovely big shower and nice and warm. Electric shutters great for overnight. Outside area for breakfast in the sun.

Not too much of a problem but would like to point out there is no double bed here, it is two single beds together. Check out time very early and cleaner there very promptly.

The location of the apartment is so convenient that it truly enhanced my stay.

The location was excellent, with very short walk to main town and also cable cars/gondola !! The apartment is a good size and the floors and bathrooms were extremely clean, along with the bed linens! The apartment was like new, with high quality upgrades. Andreas, the manager, was extremely responsive and informative! Great stay.

I honestly can say that there was nothing that I disliked about the apartment or the location.

Great , can’t wait to go back.

Andreas was amazing. We had some delays with the Bus and he was able to help via WhatsApp to offer alternate routes and stayed late to meet us to make sure we got everything we needed upon our arrival. We were traveling with 3 young children and he made sure we were all taken care of, including making sure our youngest had an extremely comfy crib. Really can’t express how much we appreciate his efforts after such a long travel day. Andreas is amazing, the location is amazing, and of course the Dolomites are amazing.

Exceptional

Large and spacious apartment close to lifts, the village and the bus station. Good thing there was a cot with sheets for the baby! Balcony with perfect location and views of the village. Pretty hard beds. We were missing a bed mattress! We highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely return. The host Andreas was very nice, answered questions quickly and helped us with tips on excursions.

我到的時間是晚上七時半房主會過來在房子等我不用我過去office 有兩間房床也ok的有浴缸，也可以自己煮飯洗衣機不在房內要下去地庫屋內有暖氣衣服乾得特別快

Bardzo miła obsługa. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Bezpośrednio przy wyciągu,jednocześnie praktycznie 5 min.od centrum Ortisei.Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia,sejf,dwie toalety.

Dojazd na nartach od górnej stacji kolejki na seiser alm do głównych tras i wyciągów kompleksu.Zdecydowanie nie dla słabiej jeżdżących.Daleko ,długo,niewygodnie. Musieliśmy wozić nasze słabo jeżdżące koleżanki 22 min.samochodem do kolejki w Seise.Zjazd samochodem windą do podziemnego garażu budził na początku spore emocje.Może być bardzo stresujący dla niektórych mniej doświadczonych kierowców. Tylko jedno miejsce parkingowe na apartament co powoduje,gdy przyjeżdżasz w 6 osób dwoma autami,że drugie auto parkujesz na płatnym parkingu 8 euro za dobę. Błędna informacja na stronie booking.com że apartament posiada 8 miejsc do spania /1 sypialnia dwa łóżka ,druga sypialnia dwa łóżka piętrowe,salon rozkładana kanapa dwuosobowa,gdy naprawdę było tylko jedno łóżko piętrowe.
