Andreas was a great host and met us at the apartment personally to explain everything, hand out wireless key cards for each of us, and a stack of SudTiro Guest Cards giving us free access to bus rides in the region. It saved us a ton of money. The apartment is clean and modern and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook including sharp knives, which was appreciated. Despite being so close to the center of town, the apartment was very quiet even when we left the windows open to enjoy the cool mountain air. You will be literally 3 minutes from the town center, next to a gondola lift, and the views are wonderful. I highly recommend this apartment. We are a family of four, with two teen boys, and we stayed 3 weeks. We made most of our own meals and spent a few days just relaxing and doing some work. The laundry machine is in a shared space in the basement and not available on weekends. We used it several times and our clothes dried quickly on the provided rack out on the deck in the sun. Also, infloor heating was a treat, especially in the bathrooms.
