If I had to provide any tips, a new coffee pot and towels would be great but not necessary. Otherwise it has everything we needed.

Great property and location

Check in was easy with Andreas. Modern and lovely apartment just a short walk to the inner village for shops and restaurants, a tram to the mountains just outside the door, plus another a short walk away. Beautiful area to explore and these accommodations made it even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property.

We were very pleased to find that we would be staying in a place within walking distance to the center of town, as well as the lift that takes you to the top of that side of the mountain. The rooms and kitchen were equipped with all that you could need. A great little place for families and couples.

Perfect location!

Perfect location!

This apartment is modern, clean, convenient, and in a terrific location. Just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge, you find yourself in the center of it all. There is a market, shops and many restaurants. The apartment is at the base of the gondola and includes free parking. There are so many beautiful hikes accessible from the apartment and the scenery was breathtaking. We can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay in this rental! The unit itself is immaculate. It felt brand new. There are 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large terrace overlooks the town and river. Parking right in front of the unit. The gondola to Alpe de Siusi is literally next door. There is also a close bridge to town and a grocery store. We also received bus passes and pool passes. The pool (two pools, hot tub, steam room, bar, restaurant, water slide, spa, kiddie pools) is a short walk - 5 minutes - and was great for our little daughter. The owner of the rental lives nearby and is very friendly and knowledgeable. She made several excellent recommendations about the area. This was our second trip to Val Gardena and I was once again blown away by the scenery. What a place!

Direkt neben der Umlaufbahn zur Seiser Alm. Nur wenige hundert Meter ins Zentrum von St. Ulrich. Freier Eintritt ins Hallen-/ Freibad, welches auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist. Dort auch ein prima Restaurant (Italiener). Absolut empfehlenswert. Keinerlei Kritikpunkte.

Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr sauber. Einziger Minuspunkt die etwas kleine und durchgesessene Couch. Alles andere perfekt. Traumhafte Lage mit dem Zugang zur Bahn, in wenigen Minuten in der schönen Stadt. Wirklich eine perfekte Unterkunft. Der Vermieter ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden ganz sicher wieder einmal kommen.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in St.Ulrich in Südtirol verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt optimal direkt neben der Seilbahn zur Seiser Alm. Der direkte Zugang vom Grundstück läßt sich auch bequem nutzen, um in die Stadt zu gelangen. Diese, sowie das örtliche Hallen- + Freibad ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und ohne Komplikationen. Die geführte Wanderung des Vermieters, an der ich mit unserer älteren Tochter (10 Jahre) teilgenommen habe, war unser persönliches Urlaubshighlight. Das beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis haben wir im Restaurante/Pizzeria La Terrazza gefunden.

Wir haben Ende Oktober hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Das Appartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Die Aussicht vom Balkon der beiden Schlafzimmer war schön und besonders bei Nacht durch die Beleuchtung des Ortes ein echter Blickfang. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, man erreicht in wenigen Gehminuten die Einkaufsstraße, das Schwimmbad und die Bushaltestellen am Antoniusplatz. Im Winter ist sicher die direkte Verbindung zur Gondel der Seiser Alm von Vorteil. Nicht zuletzt ist der gute und freundliche Kontakt zur Vermieterin zu erwähnen. Sie war für uns immer zu erreichen und kümmerte sich liebevoll um unser Wohlbefinden. Vielen Dank Tiziana, für deine Freundlichkeit. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Das Appartement besteht aus einem Wohn-/Essraum mit Küchenzeile, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut in Schuss. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Sicht aus dem Wohnzimmer auf den Innenhof mit Parkplatz und Autos direkt vor dem Erdgeschossfenster.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht! Sie ist neu und sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz! Die Lage ist super, man kann das Auto in der Tiefgarage stehen lassen, da alle Geschäfte, Bäcker, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bergbahnen etc. zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Vermieterin ist ganz entzückend, alles hat bestens geklappt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, bzw. die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Balkonmöbel haben wir allerdings doch ein wenig vermisst...
