Apartment is basic but fine

Apartment basic but clean and in a good location

Maybe some basic provisions. Shower gel, coffee, tea bags etc. but was no bother to go out and buy.

It was very comfortable with amazing views. It was so clean which i was really impressed by. The location was superb and made the trip really enjoyable.

As a suggestion i’d say maybe adding a washing machine for longer stays and there was no hand soap but i understand those weren’t completely necessary. Other than that it was perfect

We needed a place to stay in Ortisei and found this option. It met the low standard of what we needed but for the price

It was a bit dated but good space and an outdoor seating area. The appliances were in good condition and functional.

Location - Difficult to find and once located, there was someone is our assigned parking spot and the Muse guy made us feel like that was our fault and they could not do anything about it. Communication between Booking.com, Muse email, and WhatsApp was confusing. They also had add on type promotional stuff that did not use and again was just confusing.

Die großartige Lage und die Sauberkeit machten den Aufenthalt trotz kleinerer Mängel angenehm.

Die Lage ist ideal – zentral gelegen und dennoch mit einer tollen Aussicht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit des Appartements. Positiv aufgefallen ist auch der gedeckte Parkplatz.

Weniger angenehm war die Hellhörigkeit, Geräusche aus den Nachbarwohnungen waren deutlich hörbar. Zudem war die Matratze ausgesprochen hart, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigte. Auch die Küchendämpfe der angrenzenden Wohnung zogen zeitweise in unseren Wohnraum, was unangenehm war. Auf der Terrasse fehlte es etwas an Privatsphäre.
