Our stay in Ortisei was delightful!The property is comfortable, clean and well appointed with sophisticated decor. It offers on-site garage parking, an elevator, and has a spectacular view of the Dolomite mountains. The unit is a short walk to town and is conveniently located near all gondolas. Miriam is a wonderful host, a great communicator and very attentive to the comfort of her guests. In our 4 week visit to Italy we enjoyed this B&B the most - A five star experience.

Myriam was very helpful , answering all our questions about hiking, suggesting restaurants etc. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Ortisei. Ortisei summer fun!

We had a super week in Ortsei staying at this property. We are 2 adults and 3 small children (3,6,8) and it was plenty spacious. The hosts live in the same building (beneath the rentable flat) and were available, friendly and helpful when we had questions. The kids enjoyed the swing and sandpit in the garden! But the 'piece de la resistance' really is the spectacular mountain views, from every window, but particularly from the balcony - great natural light! Highlight excursions from our trip (all with young kids) included: Val D'Anna hike, Monte Pana hike, Citta dei Sassi hike + Emilio Comici hutte, Vallunga hike + Baita Ciampac hutte and the local free pool (we went twice). We also beat the crowds one morning and caught the Furnicular 30m down the road from the flat. Would also recommend the local restaurant Sneton Stube (walkable). Big thanks to our hosts for a memorable week's holiday in the Val Gardena! Enjoy!

The light-filled apartment space is so well built and designed, with 180+ degree views - we almost didn’t want to leave and explore all the area has to offer. Owners are on site and very helpful with any questions that arise. Location was perfect for us- a short walk to the adorable town or go on a hillside woodland walk right from the apartment. It is a steep walk in about any direction. but that suited us as we were there for outdoor pursuits and exercise. Miriam spoke English and was very helpful and available. I would suggest more detailed instructions on how to locate unit. Narrow steep roads (paved) are challenging to navigate while searching for an address. We hope our paths cross again- we were enchanted by our stay with Family Kostner in Ortisei ❤️

A beautiful, updated space great for two couples. We rented the second and third floor. Each floor has a queen bed, bathroom and common space. The third floor has the amazing view of the valley and mountain peaks, as well as a basic kitchen.

A comfortable apartment with fabulous views

We had a wonderful holiday at Apartment Resciesa. Miriam and her husband were very welcoming and the apartment was very clean, beautifully finished and well equipped. On the lower floor was a double bedroom, bathroom and sitting area with sofa bed. It was an ideal area for our teenage children to hang out. Upstairs was another double bedroom and bathroom and the main living area with dining table, sitting area and kitchenette. The kitchen was quite compact, but had everything you might need. The living area had a huge picture window, which looked out on the town below and over to the mountains - simply stunning! A bus pass for the week was included with the property, we used this to venture further up the valley, and hardly used our hire car. There was also a free pass to the swimming complex, which we used on a rainy day. Ortisei/St Ulrich was a beautiful town, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Many walking routes started from the town, and with the funicular railway and gondola cable cars, it was easy to get up higher on all sides of the valley. Apartment Resciesa was an ideal base for exploring this area of the Dolomites. We hope to come back soon!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Man kann durch offene Gestaltung mit der großen Fensterfront jederzeit das großartige Panorama genießen. Die Aufteilung auf 2 Etagen ist mit Kindern ideal. Das i-Tüpfelchen an Komfort bieten natürlich noch die Tiefgarage mit Aufzug… Aber auch sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und die Wohnung großzügig, hell und sehr sauber. Besonders angetan waren wir von der grandiosen Aussicht. Seilbahnen als auch Bäcker und Supermärkte waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem ist St. Ulrich Ausgangspunkt vieler Wanderungen mit spektakulären Ausblicken, so dass wir lediglich für Ausflüge nach Bozen und Meran das Auto aus der Tiefgarage geholt haben. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

We have had 2 wonderful weeks in the beautiful apartment Resciesa. Mr and Mrs Kostner were extremely friendly and welcoming, and were open to all our (tourist) questions. It is a great luxury apartment, and very tastefully decorated. Through the large windows you have a beautiful view of the village and the mountains all day long. In short, we had a fantastic holiday, in a luxurious apartment in a beautiful setting.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung, schick und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Atemberaubender Blick durch das Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen Tipps für eine herrliche Wanderung. Weitere Highlights: Busfahrkarte für ganz Südtirol sowie für das Schwimmbad im Ort für die komplette Zeit des Aufenthaltes inklusive. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne mal wieder!

Moderne Wohnung mit grandiosem Blick

Wir verbrachten zwei herrliche Augustwochen in dem sehr schönen und hochwertig ausgestatteten Apartment Resciesa. Über zwei Etagen bietet es ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Dank der zwei Ausklappsofas ist eine Belegung mit sechs Personen aber auch kein Problem. Das Beste ist der fantastische Ausblick durch die bodentiefen Fenster. Unverbaute Sicht auf die Langkofelgruppe und den Ort St.Ulrich. Wir hatten sehr warmes Wetter und konnten den Balkon den ganzen Tag nutzen. Da das Dach etwas vorgezogen ist, wärmt sich die Wohnküche überhaupt nicht auf. Grundsätzlich sehen die Zimmer und Bäder alle so aus wie auf den Fotos. Durch die zentrale Lage haben wir unser Auto in der ersten Woche fast gar nicht benutzt und es in der großen, kühlen Kellergarage geparkt. Die Seilbahnen zum Raschötz, Seceda und auf die Seiser Alm sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der morgendliche Gang zum Becker ging schnell. Familie Kostner (Vermieter) ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihnen gefühlt und können das Apartment ohne Einschränkung und 100%ig empfehlen.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in Südtirol. Das Apartment liegt ideal in der Nähe zweier Seilbahnen, so dass man unkompliziert in die fantastische Bergwelt der Dolomiten aufbrechen kann. Unser Auto stand die ganze Zeit in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage kühl (bei Außentemperaturen von 30 Grad) und gut behütet. Nach anstrengenden Touren brachte einen der Fahrstuhl ins großzügige und moderne Apartment, von dem man einen traumhaften Blick auf St. Ulrich und die umliegenden Berge hat. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und das Apartment ist sehr sauber. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Ute & Thomas

Resciesa ist eine tolle, gut aufgeteilte FeWo mit fantastischer Aussicht!

Im Haus befindet sich eine Tiefgarage und seit Neuestem sogar ein Fahrstuhl direkt zum Apartment Resciesa, welches sich über 2 Etagen erstreckt. Darunter wohnt die Familie Kostner (Eigentümer und Vermieter). Es ist absolut ruhig, sehr hell, sauber und relativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Hinter dem Haus kann man auf einer kleinen Wiese sonnenbaden. Liegestühle gibt es auch. Leider kommt die Sonne kaum auf den Balkon, dafür heizt es sich im Sommer auch unter dem Dach nicht so auf - und die Aussicht auf den unten liegenden Ort und die Berge (inkl. Langkofel) ist einfach atemberaubend! Die Küche ist mit den Basics eingerichtet; für eine FeWo sicher ausreichend; außerdem will man ja in Südtirol auch die lokalen Gaststätten und Restaurants entdecken. Nach 1 Woche gab's frische Hand- und Badetücher. Wir durften auch die WaMa im Keller mitbenutzen, vielen Dank dafür! Einziger Tip an die Vermieter: Vielleicht nach 1 Woche mal durchsaugen und -wischen, inkl. Bäder, das wäre ein toller Service. (Kennen wir so aus dem Süden Europas.) Ansonsten aber, wie gesagt, top FeWo und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gern wieder kommen und können eine 100%ige Empfehlung aussprechen!
