Located within 100 meters to bus stop, this was very easy to get to and so close to the grocery store and restaurants.
I didn’t find information about the property facilities so didn’t know about washing facilities down stairs.

Great location. The staff met us nearby as we were unsuccessful in finding the building at the outset. All the staff were helpful and accommodating. The apartment is quite large, furnished kitchen and offers all needed. Secure parking. Great spot from which to walk everywhere in Ortisei. Supermarket nearby. Coffee pot and filters were provided.
Perhaps provide soap(s) other than just auto dishwasher soap. There is a bit of traffic noise but I was not bothered by it.

Big apartment. Kitchen good but strangely no oven. There is a microwave.

Great location, supermarket nearby.
Key handover was difficult as you need to go to the hotel in the main square but parking there is difficult. The host does help you find the car park under the apartment.
You are by the main road so opening the windows brings in traffic noise.
There is a small balcony to stand on looking onto the main road.
There are no rugs on the stone floor.
Poor internet.
