Perfection

Chalet Berna was a perfect stay and we didnt want to leave. Pauli, the owner was awesome. The location was a short walk into town with easy acces to the chair lifts etc... but also had great shops, coffee and bars at the end of the street. Kitchen was well equipped and having a washer/dryer a real bonus. Highly recommend Chalet Berna.

This was the perfect vacation rental for our family as we explored the Dolomites!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in the Dolomites. It was beautifully built using a lot of natural materials, very modern, and well stocked with everything needed to have a wonderful vacation. It is also very spacious offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We had a lovely view of the Dolomites and enjoyed sitting outdoors in the mornings and evenings. The friendly host checked-in to make sure all was going well and was so welcoming, kind and helpful. We also loved staying in Ortesei which offered many options for hiking, shopping and dining. Highly Recommend!

كوخ رائع جدًا! صاحب الكوخ باولي متعاون إلى أبعد حد وتعاملـه راقٍ جدًا. المكان بطابع ريفي مريح وهادئ، ويعطيك شعور بالاسترخاء الحقيقي. من أفضل الأماكن التي أقمنا فيها في إيطاليا وأنصح به وبقوة وبلا تردد سأعود وأحجز فيه مرة أخرى عند زيارتي إلى اورتيسي كذلك يوجد مواقف للسيارة 👍🏼

كل شيء كان ممتاز في الشقة من نظافة وهدوء وموقع وتعامل جميل، لكن توجد ملاحظات بسيطة: • عدم توفر شاي أو قهوة مع أن وجودها يضيف راحة أكبر للنزيل. • الوسائد لم تكن مريحة بالنسبة لي وأتمنى تحسينها أو توفير خيارات مختلفة. وأنا متأكد أنه لو تواصلت مع المالك بشأن هذه الأمور لاهتم بها فورًا، لأن تعامله ممتاز وحرصه على راحة الضيوف واضح. وبشكل عام كانت الإقامة رائعة وأنصح بالمكان وتقييمي له 10 نجوم

非常满意

公寓非常好，干净舒适，各项设施齐全，包括各项易耗品都非常齐全充足。有洗烘一体的洗衣机。位置很好，在小镇高处，景观很好，而且距离小镇中心步行十分钟左右即达。公寓房东就住旁边，非常友善和乐于助人，有任何需求，立即响应。我们入住当晚，整个小镇因雷雨突然停电，房东冒着大雨马上前来，安抚我们说明情况，当然几分钟后供电就恢复了。公寓是房东和他儿子亲手主要使用实木装修的，非常有品味且实用。如果再来奥蒂塞伊，我会毫不犹豫选择再次入住这里。

建议管理该公寓的物业公司改进钥匙领取方式，毕竟非自驾时去物业办公室领取钥匙有点麻烦。另外建议物业公司完善部分信息准确性，避免前后信息不一致带来的困扰。

Bien situé, distance de marche pour le coeur de Ortisei, restaurants, les remonte-pente de Seceda et Resciesa, grande terrasse avec vue superbe, propriétaire sur place archi-gentil et prêt à aider avec quoique ce soit, propre.

Super schöne Unterkunft! Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Ausstattung und Aufbau des Chalets sind perfekt! Der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist super schön. Der Skikeller und der Carport (auch für große Autos geeignet) sind ein weiteres Plus. Wenige Meter von der Unterkunft fährt der Skibus und auch mit dem Auto ist man in 5min am Lift. Alles top.
