Brilliant base for hikes, with all the facilities of the town on the doorstep.

Excellent location to explore the region, with restaurants and bars nearby for the evening, but tucked away so it was quiet.

Comfortable basic accomodation close to the lifts.

No breakfast. Location is 5 min walk from cable car and pretty much in the centre. Recommend storing your ski equipment in a shop. The flat is quite small

No oven, only an ancient grill that looks like a microwave, but isn't. No microwave. Only 1 bathroom / shower / toilet between 2 rooms

Excellent, highly recommend it!

The apartment was amazing. Impeccably clean, well equipped and very well located (walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, main attractions in Ortisei.). The host was very kind explained everything during checkin, and also offered free public transportation pass (amazing so that you don’t have to use your car to get to hiking spots!) and also access to the public swimming pool. The apartment is excellent, lots of windows and there’s also a lift which helps bringing suitcases up and down. The apartment I stayed in also had views of the mountain, highly recommend it!

Amazing apartments and location.

I hardly know where to begin. The host was wonderful and very helpful. We had two, two-bedroom flats, and they were immaculate and had absolutely everything we could need. The flats were right in the centre of Ortisei, but also on a quiet street - very peaceful. We'd definitely stay again.

Would highly recommend, great apartment.

The views from Residence Castel from our balcony were just beautiful. It’s in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the centre. Nice and spacious. Good parking. Added bonus of getting the swimming pool pass included.

A couple of little things could be added. No kettle or toaster in the room.

Good location for experiencing Ortesei and the local area. Secure garage was good.

The property itself is very nice. We expected to find standard hotel soap and shampoo and were disappointed we had to find a store and purchase it for our 3-day stay. An unexpected shortcoming for nice & higher priced place.

Tanti pro, pochi contro.

Posizione eccellente, ottima pulizia. Cucina accessoriata adeguatamente (c’è anche macchinetta del caffè) e pulizia molto accurata. Possibilità di portare il cane (a pagamento). Possibilità di cambio asciugamani un giorno a settimana. Host di poche parole ma gentile. Parcheggio sia coperto sia scoperto gratuito (appena fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato).

Mancanza del classico “libro delle istruzioni” per l’uso delle cose di casa (es. termostato, tapparelle, raccolta differenziata) e con consigli sulla vita in paese/nei dintorni. Mancanza di una scopa per la pulizia (ma non l’abbiamo neanche chiesta, abbiamo usato i panni swiffer che abbiamo dovuto acquistare).

L’emplacement central, le service : Andréas le gestionnaire du lieu a été parfait, les prestations, le confort, le calme.

Une machine à café plus adapté à la taille du logement. Idéalement une machine type « nespresso ». Autre suggestion : des verres à bière.

Apartament był czysty i schludny, przestronne pokoje i łazienka oraz balkon z pięknym widokiem na góry. Lokalizacja idealna, parę minut spacerem do obu kolejek górskich oraz minuta spacerem od głównej ulicy ze sklepami oraz restauracjami. Pobyt w tym lokalu był bardzo komfortowy i przyjemny, zdecydowanie polecam

Jedyny minus to brak środków do mycia takich jak żel lub nawet mydło do rąk. Brak też podstawowych przypraw jak sól czy np. Oliwa przez co trzeba było kupić całe opakowanie samemu
