Fantastic stay in the Dolomites

Franz is a fantastic host. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean and equipped with everything needed for cooking, washing etc. Franz regularly checked in on us, provided food recommendations, and even gave us a welcome Sauvignon.

No complaints at all, although do note that the accommodations are about a 5 minute drive from Ortisei (or a 20 minute walk).

A wonderful 5-night stay in the vicinity of Ortisei

The room is super clean and comfortable. The owner and his family is very kind and ready to help. It almost fully fulfilled our expectation! Large room, family-friendly facilities (there is even a dining chair for kid), and garden/mountain view, Also, we enjoyed the swimming pool with the voucher included.

Like others said, the location is not in the center of the town. Please be aware of the schedule of buses if you travel with public transport like us. Perhaps one more small problem is that we didn't find kitchen tissue paper (although there is a cloth).

Exceptional

Where to start. Our room was immaculate. It was so clean and modern we felt as though it was built the day prior and we were the first people to stay. Extremely comfortable environment and very friendly host. You can immediately tell that the host makes every effort to provide a quality experience. Even down to all the fixtures such as amazing high pressure rain shower head and electric blinds etc. This stay was worth every cent and will make the perfect home base for your time in Ortesei.

Please note that this is not in the centre of Ortesei. You will need a car to maximise your experience at this stay. If you don’t have a car I may recommend staying in the town centre.

House had everything we needed for a week stay, cooking in most of the time. Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly! Bus stop close to the house to take you to the slopes.

great location, beautiful and very comfortable apartment. The family owners were so friendly and helpful and thought of every detail. They even had bus passes ready for us, and a newsletter with all the local events available during the week we were there. There is a lovely walking path nearby. We loved it!

A perfect stay in charming Ortisei

The apartment is very nice, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The cleanliness is top notch as well. The hosts are very friendly, they stayed up late to meet us on the first day, were super helpful and always available. Truly recommend this apartment for both skiing and hiking trips.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do przystanku komunikacji miejskiej. Komunikacja miejska , po zarejestrowaniu przez właściciela obiektu , darmowa. Restauracje w bliskim sąsiedztwie. Obiekt bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony. Wstęp na basen i do saun w cenie pobytu. Właściciel bardzo pomocny i gościnny. Zostałem mile zaskoczony udostępnieniem przez gospodarza dodatkowego pokoju z łazienką bez żadnych opłat i z jego osobistej inicjatywy. Szczerze polecam to miejsce!

كل شي فيها روعه غرفتين وحمامين ومطبخ مكتمل وجلسه خارجيه بسيطه بس المكان خرافيه وحلو ويستحق 10/10 والتعامل ممتاز والقريه عروس الشمال الايطالي بالفعل وتستحق 4 ليالي.

اتمنى توفير علب شامبو وصابون جسم وعلبة كريم بعلب ثابته وليس اكياس صغيره اقامتي 5 ايام ولا يكفي الاكياس وتوفير شبشب حمام. الشقه مكتمله غسالة ملابس ومطبخ مكتمل وسعة في المكان وغرف نوم واسعه وفعلا تستحق 10/10

الاستقلالية و النظافة و توفير جميع احتياجات المسافر الشقة عبارة عن استديو و غرفة جلوس خاصة تبعد عن السنتر 5 دقائق او اقل بالسيارة تم تسجيل الوصول و المغادرة بكل سهولة و يسر و المضيف كان قمه في احترام النزلاء ان عدت الى اورتساي لن اسكن الا في هاذه الشقة المريحة للنفس تكفي لعدد 3 اشخاص

Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en dame. Appartement is van alle faciliteiten voorzien en zeer schoon! Uitgebreide keukenfaciliteiten en een heerlijke douche. Perfecte locatie voor een skitrip.

Wij vonden het 's nachts wat warm op de kamer door de centraal geregelde verwarming. We hebben dit opgelost door 's nachts de verwarming uit te zetten en de ramen open.
