Victorias Apartment 4

The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. It featured a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a juicer, mini oven, microwave, mini multi-cooker, and all the necessary cookware, utensils, and dining essentials. The bedroom was large and comfortable, with a wide bed suitable for two people, a huge wardrobe, and a small work desk. The bathroom was also quite spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, especially for anyone working at or visiting LKH. A Billa supermarket, BIPA drugstore, several restaurants, and a bakery are all just a one-minute walk away. The bus stop and tram station are also only one minute from the apartment. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transport. The beautiful Hilmteich lake and park are within walking distance and are definitely worth visiting. Communication with the hosts, Chris and Victoria, was excellent. They were extremely helpful and very understanding of our needs regarding our baby. They kindly provided us with a baby cot, a baby bathtub, a potty, and a changing mat, which made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again.

The only things that some guests might find inconvenient are the noise from the nearby trains, traffic, and occasional ambulance sirens due to the location. In addition, the apartment does not have air conditioning, only a fan, which is understandable given that it is a charming and authentic older building. However, these aspects did not significantly affect our overall positive experience.

The instructions for entering the property were very clear. The apartment was very spacious, warm enough but well aerated.

It's a bit far from the city centre, but using the bus or tram I was able to reach where I needed within 20 minutes, which was fine.
