Lokacija je odlična, u mirnom dijelu okruženom prirodnom, dućan na par minuta hoda udaljen i samo 10-ak minuta vožnje autom od centra Graza. Stan nema klimu, ali nije bilo vruće ujutro i navečer u stanu iako su temperature preko dana bile i do 40°. Preko dana nismo bili u stanu. Imali smo osiguran parking ispred stana. U stanu su bile i kapsule za prati robu tako da smo iskoristili i veš mašinu, ima i peglu za robu te sve što dobro dođe od basic opreme i namirnica u stanu.

A környék nyugodt, békés, ingyenes parkolóhellyel. A szállás jól felszerelt (alap fűszerek, olaj, mosogatógép tabletta, kávé, tea, mosószer, esernyő, stb.). Az ingyenes Netflix elérhetősége szuper volt a srácoknak esténként. A szállásadók mindenben segítettek rendkívül gyorsan - köszönet érte:-)!
Fázós vagyok, nekem kicsit hideg volt a szálláshely:-(

Das es kein normales tv gab sondern nur begrenzt über eine Alexa die noch nicht mal komplett freigegschaltet war.
