Appartement gleich beim LKH Graz (Uniklinikum). Im Gebäude von 3 Goldene Kugeln. Appartment gut ausgestattet. Vermieter schnell erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Geschäfte (Billa, BIPA, Blumen, Handy, Bank, Post,.......... vor Ort.
Kostenlose Parkplätze (Werktags nur Ladetätigkeiten) am Wochenende (Samstag, Sonntag)möglich, aber nicht gesichert. Sonst Parkgaragen von 20€ - 25€ pro Tag in unmittelbarer Nähe. Appartement im zweiten Stock nur über Stiegen erreichbar.

Jaukus studijos tipo butas, kuriame yra viskas, kas įprastai būna butuose-pilnai įrengta virtuvė su indais, virdulys, kavos aparatas, skalbimo mašina. Aplinkui yra parduotuvės, maitinimo įstaigos, viešojo transporto stotelė, universitetinės ligoninės korpusai.
Labai aukšti ir statūs laiptai į trečią aukštą. Net ir be lagaminų nesinorėjo jais laipioti keletą kartų per dieną.

The location was very convenient and the room was spacious. The check-in instructions were a bit complicated but very convenient.
Random towels, very uncomfortable bedsheets that did not look very clean, random used hygiene products and empties. The entrance to the building was a bit scary looking and unclean.
