Apartment, Ferienwohnung Graz zentral

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ute. L’emplacement est superbe pour visiter à pied ou en transports en commun Graz. Nous avons aussi visité la région très belle et très intéressante. Un parking au pied de l’immeuble pour la voiture très appréciable. L’arrivée en autonomie avec une excellente communication avec Ute. La pièce principale est suffisamment grande pour qu’on s’y sente à l’aise. Une toute petite cuisine pour se faire les repas. Un balcon pour se poser en fin de journée (très ensoleillé). Au 3e étage avec ascenseur. Un Lidl juste en face pour les courses. Très pratique. La salle de bains avec baignoire et toilettes suffisante. Les chiens sont acceptés sans supplément. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste.

Juste pour le savoir, la cuisine est minuscule. Mais elle bien achalandée. Nous avons regretté de devoir quitter ce logement

The apartment is very clean and tidy, the decor is beautiful - I especially liked Ute's hobbykeramiks which are present all over the apartment, including some really cute espresso cups. The balcony is really nice, and has nice views of some gardens. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to make some nice meals there. The Lidl just across the road is really convenient, as is the free parking that comes with the apartment

The apartment was very home-like, spacious and full of light. The terrace was specifically nice. There is free parking behind the building and Lidl across the street. Communication with the host was great. It's located a bit further away from the center, but in a very quiet neighborhood.
