I am furious about the location - the area is absolutely awful so using the word 'charming' is genuinely a lie. It was one of the most rundown areas I have ever been to. I did not want to leave my car there because none of us felt safe. I texted the owner for the key safe code but had no reply when I arrived (I had emailed previously but could not access my email on my phone so texted the owner to ask again). So I could not access the property and then was forced to pay for a hotel nearby. I cannot tell you how appalling the area is it. It is dangerous and depressing beyond belief. I have lost £72 because of this and had to spend another £120 on hotel rooms.

The Bed frame was loose, the mattress cheap & very soft which didnt help with the bed frame being loose, door handle was coming off, the bathroom light didnt work, 1 towel for 2 adults, & smoke detector needed battery changing as beeping, Not in a great area,

NOT for Families

It was clean inside the property. Free WiFi, two smart tvs (in leaving room and main bedroom). Well equipped kitchen.

The house is in extremely rough dilapidated area. Most of the houses on this road are abandoned in serious disarray or boarded up with smashed windows. Rubbish everywhere! There were loud intoxicated people shouting, arguing really aggressively. We stayed only one night as we feared for our safety. We didn't sleep at all as there was a burglary and the police at 3am and then at 5am Firefighters came to fight fire, all in immediate distance. Deprived area, definitely NOT family friendly. INSIDE: the pull cord switch light in the bathroom doesn't work and the door cannot be closed properly, washing machine needs attention as very loud while spinning and the beds screws need tightening. The windows cable restrictors need replacing.
