The location was good for us and we were able to park safely in the roads nearby. It was clean with good faciliaties which worked. We were warm. Lovely sofas on thetop floor in the eaves.
Our queries were answered quickly and in a friendly manner.
There are a lot of stairs in the property some which are narrow and the stairs going up to the top floor were very creaky. It was nice to eat up on the top floor but involved a lot of ups and downs with plates, cutlery etc and carrying food up there as the kitchen and bedrooms were on the floor below. It would have been useful to have instructions for the hob as it was an induction hob and people may not be used to them. Thankfully Google was useful for us. It also saud there was parking on site but it turned out to be on the road near by. One road was residents permits and the other was ok for anyone to park. Due to the time of year, Christmas, parking was very busy. The bathroom door did not have a lock so we left the door open when no one in and hung a bag on the door handle when ut was in use,.

Very clean and tidy property, with easy access.
In my opinion the mattress in the first bedroom nearest the toilet needs changing as it’s had its day, not good.

Una delle camere era in fase di restauro, con intonaco in vista, peccato dal punto di vista estetico ma per noi non è stato un grosso problema. Un asciugacapelli sarebbe stato utile.

The kettle didn’t work but we heated up water instead .
