The property itself was basic but in decent condition.

What we liked: • The property was in a convenient location. • Bedding was fine and the house was generally clean. • The host was very helpful and responsive. When issues arose, they arranged for us to move to a different property the next day, which was extremely comfortable, well-equipped and much more suitable.

What could be improved: • The listing on Booking.com was a little misleading. It gave the impression there would be three double beds, but there was actually one double and two singles. • The bathroom had no lock. • The Wi-Fi did not work. • Lighting throughout the house was very dim. • There were no mirrors in the bedrooms, which was inconvenient when travelling with a group. • There was an odour on arrival (we managed to resolve it with air freshener). • No mop was available for cleaning (though there was a hoover). • Small bins in the bedrooms and bathroom would have been useful. • The biggest issue was not the property itself, but a neighbour who screamed during the night and frightened the group.

We booked the property just around an hour before our check-in, and received the key code instantly. It was a nice and tidy property, with all required utilities available at the kitchen, bathroom, living room and the bedrooms. The host was very responsive, asking us to know whether we need anything else. It was a hassle-free, perfect stay for us for 3 nights. We will book it again once we will visit this area in future, thank you.

Family got by for the weekend but would not return to this property

Beds were comfortable. Locating was perfect for family occasion!

Very basic facilities. Outside bins full of all sorts nowhere to put rubbish as need emptying! Missing some essentials- mop & bucket - tea towels - oven glove No blind on kitchen & stair window very open ( no privacy) close to neighbours. Kept livingroom curtains mainly closed due to no blinds. Cupboards & floors not as clean as would expect. No outside clothes drying facilities.
