Horrible house. Hartlepool surroundings are lovely, but this house was not.
Heating was working. So house was warm. However, house was so dirty. Spider cobs everywhere. Not clean, I had to speak to the lady and they came to clean one of the rooms where my daughter was going to sleep. Bedroom was full of dust and there was a sock and wrapping chocolate paper under the bed!!!!! Oven didn’t have any information, no marks on the dial about how we could use it. We had to google the instructions, it was so dirty inside. It was disgusting.
Property isn’t well looked after. Missing cutlery. Walls very dirty everywhere. So so dirty that we left one night early Also no nice neighbourhood, didn’t feel save and left one night earlier.
