Faultless
Exceptionally clean. Has a home from home feel. Sofas are comfy, beds are comfy! Guest Netflix, WiFi. Bits if you are travelling with an infant. Garden is lovely. Some board games also provided in the lounge. Lovely gesture of milk, water, wine. There was even tea and coffee in the cupboard! Fens Hills are literally within walking distance - great for dogs!! Close enough to the town but far enough out of the hustle and bustle. We had a great stay and can't wait to return in June. Probably one of the best places we have stayed. Check in process was easy. Excellent communication from Julie.

Excellent will stay again. Hard to see where you will find a better stay in Hartlepool.
Excellent location on the fens estate. Clean and welcoming. Stayed over Xmas and the host put out chocolates for the children which was a really nice touch that the kids loved.
Nothing, maybe a little on the pricey side but not too bad!

Home from home. Beautifully decorated property
Beautiful. Spotless clean . Very comfortable home from home. The host had even decorated the house with Christmas decorations, which was a really lovely touch, complementary bottle of wine, milk and water all in the fridge. And little chocolates, from elf on the shelf. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again

Beautiful house in a great location
Julie was a fantastic host!! Such a beautiful home in a great location. The home was so clean, had everything we needed. We felt like it was a home away from our home and we loved it. Check out and check in was easy and seamless and Julie was quick to respond when we had any questions. Thank you again, we will 100% be back.
Everything was fab!!!
