Fairly comfy, clean, really close to beach. Staff responsive to messages.
No blind in main room (had been raised in summer 25 by reviewers), generally dents and holes and a bit in need of tlc

Good location.
The entrance was tricky. The pass code too long on the door should have had a much shorter code that was easy to remember and the outside light needed to be brighter so the coded door could be seen better. Difficult to find the middle part of the handle in the dark that lit the code pad.

Great location good sized garden comfy beds
The property needs a bit of maintaining and better cleaning. Sitting room just has a small 2 seater which wasn’t really big enough for 3 of us .
