Great location, once again met my expectations.

It was my second visit in a week. I had to return unexpectedly to finalize some business matters. The location was excellent again; it was neat and clean. Nothing to complain about, really.

Neat, spacious home. Nicely furnished and with a good bed. The location is also great and very convenient, with parking right outside the door. The shower and heating were also fine.

Dirty needs a good deep clean!

It was the most unclean property I have ever stayed in! Shower curtain see pictures. Dust behind / side of the bed see pictures Garden see pictures not like website See bins not emptied in a long time! Pulled up saw the so called clean lock the front door smoke her fag she saw the small front window open just pushed it shut from outside, didn’t go back in! Went in lock the window went into the kitchen back door unlocked window open! Bedding like black dog hair on them all and stains on sheet washed but you could see them. Toilet would only flush if you ran the tap on cold😂😂 reported it not fixed in the 2 days we stayed. The cleaning of this place had let it down big time One sack the cleaner and spend time to get it back to the pictures. A big deal getting an invoice but got one in the end. Ryan’s comms were ok. I blame booking.von as well as it stated you’re in luck never normally available? Really? I had to take pictures so something will be done I would hope.

Comfortable, really nice decor and handy for Hartlepool

Very clean and well appointed. The hosts were very helpful and friendly in all communications. Good location for accessing local area although a car really helps.
