As advertised, clean, nice location

It has a good microwave, fridge, kettle etc. The two arm chairs are comfy. The bed is comfortable too. The sheets are excellent cotton and the bath towels are nice. There was a tea towel in the kitchen. There was a welcome plate with a tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar and milk sachets so one could have a drink before shopping. The bathroom looks new and has a shower over the bath.

Flat 1 has windows that are problematic. The bedroom one won’t open more than a few millimeters. The sitting room can be opened, but as the flat is on ground level and there is no mechanism to lock the windows in position the windows cannot be left open at all at night or someone might easily get in. I think new windows that are designed for security would be a good idea. I had to choose between privacy and ventilation in the evenings as tall people outside could see in when the curtains were open A small coffee table would be nice. A reading lamp by the armchairs would be good. The television was working badly whilst I was there. When I did get it to work it paused to reconnect every few minutes. I expect they will have sorted this out by the next visitor. I removed a point because of this. There is nothing that can be done about the positioning of the toilet roll apart from possibly adding in one of those moveable metal holders that visitors could place wherever they wanted. I had brought a roll with me and placed it on the side of the bath. There is room at the side of the sink for a short hand towel rail, and hand towels would be useful!

Modern, clean, appeared to recently refurbished so fresh

Windows directly onto street view so had to keep curtains shut … could do with blinds

Breakfast wasn't provided. The location is near to the Cathedral area. It was well presented and very clean. Nice to have a bath.

I found if difficult to contact the owner for help. The location is on a main road, near to the hospital and noisy and night. The bedroom didn't have anywhere to hang clothes. I had a problem with the washing machine and it took a few days to remove the clothes inside.
