Private Room in Vibrant Vancouver - with share living room and kitchen

The room was great! Much more spacious than anticipated and it had a really big bed and even 2 closets which was great. There is a grocery store and some restaurants closeby which is a plus and overall the neighbourhood is really quiet.

Parking in the area is very difficult. There is only street parking from 5pm-8am, meaning you have to move the car early in the morning (exceptions on the weekend). And it is not possible to park in the nearby parking garages over night without a permit. Therefore, I really would not recommend staying here if you have a car.

The location was pretty nice, and it was something I looked forward to. It was a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Bus nearby, and so many things were around. The room was decent enough which, what I needed was a bed, pillows, and a blanket because I just stayed to sleep and use the washroom. I was mostly out for the day, but the place was comfortable. Everyone (other rooms) who booked was respectable and quiet.

There was dust on the floor in my room, and when I got into bed, it also became dusty. The bathroom was okay, but it wasn't that clean before and after my stay, and the tub clogged when I showered. The communication was very confusing because I tried texting and reaching out, but I wasn't communicated with for 2 hrs. I also tried reaching out because I got confused on the location instructions, but I just figured it out by myself because nobody answered or communicated with me. For a $60 cleaning fee, the place should be cleaned thoroughly.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, modern, geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Küche bot alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt, die Betten waren bequem und die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage sowie die gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren schnell erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war klar und zuverlässig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir hatten keinerlei Beanstandungen. Das Apartment entsprach der Beschreibung und hat unsere Erwartungen vollständig erfüllt.
