Completely self-contained, exterior access, separate air-system 1-bedroom suite.
Bright, newly renovated and fully furnished. Access via side of west side house, has its own separate, private patio. Full kitchenette, bathroom and in-suite laundry. Secure access through private path and patio.
Convenient location close to 33rd & Mackenzie Street gives you access to shops and transit - 200 feet from bus stop with 1-stop bus to downtown Vancouver, beaches, UBC, Pacific Spirit Park and other great amenities. There is street parking available for 1 vehicle in front of The Suite. More than 1 guest car becomes a little inconvenient for our neighbours, so we ask that if you have a vehicle, that you please park it directly in front of The Suite. City street parking in our neighbourhood is free of charge.
Radiant floor heating and modern bathroom and kitchen. There's a full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer in suite.
Ideally suited for a single or a couple. We are also happy to accommodate couples traveling with a child.

We stayed here on an extended vacation so we could discover more of Vancouver. Location is great. It’s a quiet neighborhood but the city is close. We visited mostly parks and breweries while we were there. Shawn was kind and helpful, and we felt welcomed. 10/10

The property is super clean, perfectly appointed with everything we needed. The washer & dryer so nice complete with drying rack. Nice storage available. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood which is beautiful and the bus system is close and convenient. Owner and host was accommodating, full of useful information, attentive and very kind. Thank you for providing a lovely stay in Vancouver.

Very well equipped. I liked the full size fridge and the fact you could record programming on the TV. The only downside was the noise. Not from the neighbourhood, but from upstairs. Sounds carried very easily down to the suite. For example, it seemed like chairs moving (scraping?) across the floor upstairs was amplified to the suite and footsteps could be heard easily. Unfortunately on weekdays this started as early as 6:15am. Except for the noise the place was perfect. 4 out of 5.
