Bright Garden Suite Across From Park in Kitsilano

We've had a great stay at Jennifer and William's place. They greeted us with a fresh fruit bowl, brought us a seat & stuff to play for our baby, let us order things to their place, and even once brought us self-cooked Empanadas for dinner. We really enjoyed our stay, it's in a quiet neighborhood, right in front of a large park with a fresh market on Sundays. Also very close to public transport and Kitsilano beach. The place is bigger than it looks and was comfortable for three adults and one baby. The entire family was lovely to meet and very helpful

The building is over 100 years old, so the apartment shows some signs of age

Great location. Lovely hosts. Very spacious and private. Comfy bed.

Some dusty corners and cobwebs. Due for a deep clean of carpets and kitchen. Still gets a solid 9 rating, though.

The location is great. Close to a lot of restaurants and cafes. They left a bowl of fruit, which was nice and they are super friendly. But the price is very high for what it is. Very disappointed.

The suite needs a deep clean. There is dust, cob webs, spiders, everywhere. The carpet in the bedroom is stained. For the price, this was not worth it. Many updates are needed. No fan or AC. You can hear noise from upstairs and the water being used/ toilet flushing.
