Nice and quiet location, felt safe. Easy to access public transportation to downtown Vancouver.
We identified the house number by looking at the two neighbors, no clear number on the property. It was somewhat anxiety provoking to hope we had the right property, especially after seeing a dog when we went through the gate. We are animal lovers, and as such we respect that if an animal feels you are intruding it may rightfully attack. Thankfully this didn’t happen and we were in the right place, but we would have felt better with clear demarcation of the house number.

It had everything needed for a self contained stay and the buses were easy to find and the supermarkets are close.
It does need alittle bit of maintenance but for its age it is ok.
