Welcome to this bright, private 1-bedroom garden suite in Vancouver’s peaceful Westside. Steps from UBC, Pacific Spirit Park, and Dunbar Village cafés, this modern suite offers a full kitchen, cozy living area, and separate entrance for total privacy. Sleeping arrangements & extra bed requests
Our home sleeps a maximum of 5 guests. The nightly rate covers up to 2 guests in the queen bed.
Beds are set up based on your group size:
• 1–2 guests: queen bed only
• 3 guests: queen bed + single bed
• 4 guests: queen bed + double pull-out sofa bed
• 5 guests: queen bed + double pull-out sofa bed + single bed
Additional guests (3rd, 4th, 5th): CAD $35 per person, per night — covers linens and bed preparation, with no separate setup fee.
Separate beds for 1–2 guests: if you're booking for 1–2 guests but prefer separate beds, we can set up either the single bed or the double sofa bed for a one-time fee of CAD $40 per stay (covers setup, linens, and laundering). This is charged through Airbnb — please tell us in advance so everything is ready for your arrival.
Please enter the correct number of guests when booking, and mention any bed requests at the time of reservation. Requests made after booking need at least 48 hours' notice before check-in; later requests can't be guaranteed.

The place looks exactly like in the pictures. Everywhere was clean, and it had all the necessary amenities, and the heating was quite good. The things that need improvements on are the trash bins; they were quite small so they filled up quickly and there were not enough trash bags provided. Also, the drain in the shower did not drain the water quickly, so while I was taking a shower, the water would fill up in the tub, so I was standing in dirty water up to my ankles. This also led to some dirt stains in the tub. I also wish there was a container some dish or hand soap provided in the kitchen.
