The only positive thing about this place was the location.
1.Place in general was not like what shown in the pictures.
2. Bathroom door was almost invisible. You could see who is in the bathroom and doing what. No privacy. Not suitable for friends group.
3.The towels were dirty and had hair on them.
4.Host was not reachable at the most times we had to wait for 1-2 hours for a respond.
5.Hygine was questionable. As soon as we opened the door a smell took off.
6. Location in the reservation was not correct.

Unsafe and not as described – we had to leave the apartment
Review:
We arrived and immediately found that the apartment was not prepared for guests and did not match the photos or the description on Booking. The place was dirty, the kitchen equipment was extremely poor, the cooker did not work, and there was a leaking pipe in the bathroom which made the floor wet and slippery. A broken electrical outlet created a safety risk, especially with a child.
Additionally, the apartment is at a different address than the one shown on Booking, and the living room has no window, which was not mentioned in the listing.
We reported all issues to the host right away, but received no help for many hours. Because of the unsafe conditions, we had to leave after 17 hours and find another place to stay.
I do not recommend this property. Future guests should be aware that the actual conditions are very different from what is advertised.

Terrible experience
It was a terrible experience. I started writing to the host weeks before our trip to find out how to enter the apartment, because I knew we had a night flight. I didn't get any answers until the day before our trip. He said I could enter the apartment taking the key form key box near it. But when I asked for the details, if the box was opened, he stopped replying again!
Only after our flight already landed and I turned on my phone, I received a message in chat that he sent the instructions to WhatsApp. Although I contacted him both in booking chat and in mail, and it would be logical to just reply there to my simple questions.
There were no messages on WhatsApp. It was after midnight and staying in front of the building we realized that the door is locked. There was no key box anywhere near it, nothing. I called the host very many times. No answer. We had to wander around the center at night to find another place to stay. Luckily we found one.
I tried calling again in the morning because we had 2 nights booked and paid for and I still hoped to spend at least one of them there. But even in the morning he wouldn't answer! I contacted booking customer support and they promised a reply in 24h, which I didn't get. A few days after my trip I contacted the host again to ask for the refund. No answer, as you would expect. So I just lost my money. Highly don't recommend

Our bad experience
Locaated in the city center.
The room was not clean. There were used slippers and trash in the drawers. Also there was no elevator and the room was in the 10th floor so it was a torture to go upstairs with our luggages. The heater in the bathroom did not work for hours. We couldn’t take a bath because the water was not hot. It only stared to warm up during next morning.

ONLY the location and the hot water.
Everything else was a disaster.instead is the number 30 location he give us number 16. Second floor with out lift. We were 2 adults and 2 kids so all the luggage I have to take them up.Around the building everything is soo dirty and so old that you think everything is going to fall on you. Birds (pigeons) everywhere!!! And they were so loud in the morning ….TV without any Chanel or internet. The second room was so tiny that you couldn’t feel that you are going sleep free

Totalno neogranizovano, bili smo u overbookingu, nakon cega smo prebacene u drugi apartman koji je bio prljav, sa jako upitnim mirisom pritom smo i za taj apartman instrukcije dobili tek to jutro. domacin se rijetko javlja na telefon sto je dodatno uticalo na nesigurnost same rezervacije.

Jedino sto mi se svidjelo kod ovog objekta je lokacija i blizina svega, garaze, centra…
Ne znam odakle bi pocela sto mi se ne sviđa! Prvo vlasnika/vlasnicu objekta dobit je kao eurojackpot, dva dana pred put javila sam se preko bookinga za upute ulaska u apartman, ni slova da bi odgovorili, dan prije puta jedva stupim u kontakt s tim da sam morala slati sms iz hrvatske u srbiju poslala sam 5smsa dok nisam dobila odgovor, na kraju smo komunikaciju prebacili ma e-mail odgovara dvaki 5h kaze poslat ce ujutro na dan polaska!!! Ja na poslu 12h popodne nista 2 e maila poslala nema odgovora za 3 sata krecemo na put mi kad predemo granicu nemamo interneta kako cemo uci u apartman te sam morala kontaktirati podrsku bookinga i tek onda smo dobili upute s tim da u uputama pise da je kljuc skriven na katu, a gdje je skriven ne pise… Strasno neprofesionalno!!! Nakon svega dodemo ulazimo u apartman uhvatimo za bravu a brava ostane u ruci… U apartmanu hladno toliko da je vani bilo toplije vec unutra upalimo radijatore oni ne griju, klima skrivena iza zastora, tv kao radi ali daljinski nije imao baterije, imo je al nisu radile morali smo otici kupiti baterije ali to je najmanji problem… Dalje, wc strasno prasnjav i prljav daska wc skoljke crne boje ali je tolko prljava bila da je imala bijele tragove kao kad se krec pere pa se ne opere dobro i ostanu bijele fleke, krevet neudoban, miris u apartmanu po ustajalosti kao da su nas samo pustili u apartman bez prethodnog ciscenja, balkon zali boze prljav al jako prljav sve plijesanj dole coskovi pometeni vjerovatno nikad! Prijetnje za odrzavanje reda i mira kako kazu kazne su ogromne, jel moze gore od 140€ za apartman koji nije vrijedan tih novaca??? A da ne pricam da se sve cuje iz susjednih stanova od kojih nismo mogli odmoriti od puta a presli smo 250 km jer ljudi lupaju vriste smiju se, oke to je normalno ljudi zive! Ne mogu vjerovat da smo 50 m dalje apartman platili 100€ a bio je luksuz naspram ovog!!! ODVRATNO!!! NE PREPORUCAVAM!!!!

Que hubiera que pagar en metálico en euros en mano, y la dificultad para quedar con el propietario para pagarle que vino una noche a las 23:00 y tuve que pagarle en su coche. Muy raro e incómodo. La puerta no es segura, con un empujón se abre. No funcionaba el frigo, y aunque se ofreció a cambiarlo al día siguiente, no merecía la pena ya tener que quedar con este señor. Cubiertos y cafetera sucios.

Boravkom u apartmanu u kome sam bio nisam zadovoljan, iz sledećih razloga:
Kada sam došao, nije bilo jasno navedeno u uputstvu kako da preuzmem ključeve iz sandučića, kao ni na kom se spratu apartman nalazi. Zgrada nije imala lift, što takođe nije bilo navedeno na Bookingu.
Do apartmana je vodilo mnogo stepenica, mislim da je bio na trećem ili četvrtom spratu, ali tačno ne pamtim. U svakom slučaju, bilo je dosta naporno penjanje. Za mlađe osobe to verovatno nije problem, ali za starije ili one sa poteškoćama u kretanju, to predstavlja ozbiljnu prepreku.
Kada sam konačno stigao do apartmana, imao sam dodatni problem — nakon što sam otključao vrata, morao sam da vratim ključeve ponovo dole u sanduče, pa sam morao tri puta da se penjem i silazim.
Na samom ulazu u apartman postojale su kamere — jedna ispred ulaznih vrata, a druga u hodniku stana. To mi je izazvalo neprijatnost, jer nisam imao potpunu privatnost i intimu. Smatram da mi je time narušena privatnost, i zbog toga ću dati negativnu ocenu tom apartmanu.
Takođe smatram da bi na Bookingu trebalo jasno da se navede:
• da zgrada nema lift,
• da je apartman na trećem ili četvrtom spratu,
• kao i detaljna uputstva za preuzimanje ključeva.
Kada sam ušao u stan, tek tada sam stupio u kontakt sa vlasnicom. Smatram da bi takve informacije trebalo da budu unapred dostupne gostima.
Još jedan problem je bio što vlasnica nije proverila da sam već unapred platio smeštaj preko Bookinga. Tokom dopisivanja mi je napisala da treba da platim po dolasku, ali sam je ispravio i objasnio da je uplata već izvršena. Nakon što je proverila, potvrdila je da je sve u redu.
Takođe, tražila mi je da fotografišem lični dokument, što smatram nepotrebnim, jer su svi moji podaci već dostupni na Bookingu. U skladu sa pravilima, takve stvari bi trebalo da se rešavaju isključivo preko Booking platforme.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν πραγματικά ιδανική. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός και περιποιημένος. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και συνεργάσιμος, πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και να λύσει ό,τι προέκυπτε.
Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι, δυστυχώς, το ίντερνετ δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας, παρόλο που ο ιδιοκτήτης έκανε αρκετές προσπάθειες για να το αποκαταστήσει. Επίσης, θα ήταν πολύ χρήσιμο αν υπήρχε ένα μικρό ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο.

Fazit: Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war es in Ordnung, aber wir würden dieses Apartment nicht noch einmal buchen.
Zentrale Lage, aber mit einigen Mängeln
Positiv hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage des Apartments, die uns ermöglicht hat, vieles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und hat an warmen Tagen für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt. Das Bad war sauber, was wir ebenfalls als Pluspunkt empfunden haben.
Leider gab es jedoch mehrere Punkte, die uns enttäuscht haben. Der Check-in verlief nicht reibungslos: Laut Angabe sollte er ab 15:00 Uhr möglich sein, die Zugangscodes erhielten wir jedoch erst um 15:20 Uhr. Wir waren zwar etwas früher vor Ort, mussten aber trotzdem zusätzlich warten. Auf unsere Kontaktversuche über Booking kam zunächst keine Antwort, erst rund 20 Minuten später über WhatsApp.
Im Apartment angekommen, fiel sofort auf, dass es leider nicht so aussah wie auf den Bildern bei Booking. Für unsere Buchung (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) war kein vorbereiteter Schlafplatz für das Kind vorhanden. Offenbar sollte das Sofa als Bett dienen, allerdings waren weder Decke noch Bettwäsche bereitgelegt, sodass wir diese selbst aus dem Schrank holen mussten.
Zudem war der Kühlschrank noch verschmutzt und das Gefrierfach stark vereist, wodurch wir es nicht nutzen konnten. Das Waschbecken im Bad hing extrem locker an der Wand, sodass man befürchten musste, es könnte herunterfallen. Ungewöhnlich fanden wir auch, dass der Mietbetrag in bar auf dem Bett hinterlassen werden sollte.
