The facility is spacious, suitable for several people

The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious. Comfortable beds. Very clean apartment. We had free parking in front of the entrance to the building. We were literally located just five minutes from the city center. We had a beautiful view on the river. All praise for the host. He showed us which restaurants in the city we can visit. The deposit was returned as agreed. All recommendations, we will definitely come again.

The appartment is large, there are two separate rooms with comfortable beds, one living room and large hallway with a dining table. There is a bathroom and also another separate toilet. The cooker is new and the internet is working well.

Unfotunately, the list of disavantages/disappointments is clearly larger than positive issues of this property. 1. Appartment - just the first negative impression is the stink from the toilet next to the entry (This is likely not the fault of the owner as this seems to be the problem associated with sewerage system in the building). The equipment is very poor - there is neither electric kettle, there is only one wine-glass, one glass for bier, etc..many dishes were dirty. The information about the parking should be more precise, as you might have trouble to park you car if you do not have a Serbian phone number and you are not lucky to find a free place (their number is markedly limited). 2. Owner. I strongly recommend to everybody who would like to use this apparment to pay solely electronically via BOOKING and not to give the owner cash. The owner required a higher sum than I agreed with booking! He gave me the bill but labelled it later as a fake when I complained to Booking (by the way, the customer service has not yet after 90 days resolved the issue). The owner is also requiring the deposit 75 eur, I again do not recommend to pay it (there is also no reason, as there are not costy equipments) - in our case, he did not return us 25 euros: the automatic boiler ceased to work but the owner designated us as the culprits, but we solely switched it on.
