They are unreachable

They didn’t answer to the messages when I was asking for a one day shift of our stay. Even the booking manager were not able to contact them so we had to reserve a new accomodation on airbnb. I do not recommend them, they are unreachable…

Overnight Stay at Belgrade Waterfront.

Extremely pleasant host, beautifully furnished apartment with all necessary amenities for both short and long stays. We also requested an additional parking spot, which the host facilitated without a problem. We would absolutely recommend this host and apartments. Location could not be better for both leisure and business travelers.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay.The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The location was the true highlight,walking distance to Savamala's restaurants, the Sava Promenade, and easy access to the city center and public transport. Perfect for exploring Belgrade!

Not ideal but ok

The apartment was not nearly as dirty as some of the other hosts had experienced. There are NO bed bugs. That post was completely inaccurate. The bed is clean and comfortable. It’s a quiet and convenient location. It has big windows and a balcony but it faces construction which will likely last for a long time.

The check in is confusing if you arrive after 8:30pm. The key was not in the box as it should have been and you can’t get in without a key so I had to wait until someone got in. Then I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring the key and the key he brought didn’t have access to the key card to enter the building. I was so tired after waiting and although I was hungry it was already 11pm by the time I finally got checked in. They didn’t offer a discount or anything to make up for the inconvenience. The one who dropped the key assured me that if I leave I can call security to let me back in but the shops were closed by that time and I didn’t have a phone plan yet so the risk felt high especially after I had just traveled for many hours to get there. It was really not worth that price and it was missing basic things like coffee, cutlery, etc. It’s not ready and the owners don’t seem like they have done much traveling or have an idea about what guests need to feel comfortable and secure. It was ok. Not nearly as bad as the horrible reviews but I would book somewhere else for the price I paid in the future if it’s a longer stay. For one night it was fine. There’s no place to leave your bags which was also an inconvenience and is something to keep in mind. The reception said it’s a strict policy and they will not allow it at all even if it’s a small one.

Location and good size for one person.

It was very dirty. I found someone’s underwear in the bathroom. Shower was yellow from the dirt, someone’s hair was on the pillow, dust on the floor. No microwave.

Location vicina alla città nuova. Appartamenti di facile accesso, con indicazioni via sms e check in presso la reception del palazzo.

Sehr schlechte Lage und war nicht zu geniesen! Nicht professionell

Eigentlich gar nichts.

Die Wohnung war schmutzig, in jedem Zimmer war staub zu sehen und dreck. Seit Monaten nicht mehr gereinigt. Benutzte Kontaktlinsen auf der toilette. Die Tücher waren dreckig und sogar wahrscheinlich auch beutzt worden. Die küche und das ganze Besteck war dreckig und nicht zu gebrauchen und vieles mehr. Meine Freundin und ich waren gar nicht zufrieden. Djordje Velkic war der jenige der zuständig war für das Apartement. Er war NICHT proffessionell. Als wir telefonierten war er Arrogant, weil es ihm nicht gefallen hat das wir entäuscht waren von diesen dreckigen Zimmern. Und eigentlich haben meine Freundin und ich für ein anderes (Besseres und Sauberes) Apartement bezahlt. Stattdessen haben wir dieses bekommen. Djordje Velkic wollte das nicht verstehen, wurde Arrogant und sagte uns wir sollen aus diesem Apartement raus gehen und bekommen das Geld zurück. Das wollten wir auch machen aber es war schon zu spät und alle Aparatemente und Hotels in der nähe waren schon ausgebucht von daher hatten wir keine wahl als dort im dreckigen zimmer zu übernachten. Insgesamt 3 nächte waren es. WIRKLICH UNPROFESSIONELL!!! Das sollte keiner erleben aus diesem Grund schreibe ich solchen Text damit das auch alle sehen können! Es gab noch mehr bilder die ich hinzufügen wollte, mal so neben bei!

Cooles Apartment, modern, sauber, hat alles was man braucht, sehr gut gelegen und die Vermiter sind äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Man wird nach der Buchung gleich kontaktiert und erhält gleich alle relevanten Infos in einer kurzen Zusammenfasung. Sehr cooles und hilfreiches Detail und dazu noch als schöne Nachricht verpackt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt – super geräumig, blitzsauber und perfekt ausgestattet, um mit der Familie zu backen, zu

Was mir am meisten gefallen hat: Die Wohnung war einfach unglaublich geräumig und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gab sogar eine richtige Backröhre, ein Schneidebrett, genug Geschirr und frische, saubere Handtücher. Alles war super sauber! Ich fand’s auch toll, dass es einen Tisch gab, an dem man gemütlich frühstücken konnte. Der Kühlschrank war riesig – genauso wie das Gefrierfach! Und der große Schrank, die warme, weiche Decke und die super bequeme Matratze auf dem Bett – einfach perfekt. Und ganz wichtig: Es gab Blackout-Vorhänge, damit man richtig gut schlafen konnte. 🖤

Apartman je na dobroj lokaciji, ima obezbeđen parking. Ulazak u apartman je jako dobro organizovan. Mogao bi biti bolje opremljen.

Nedostatak jastuka i posteljine za koju smo morali u par navrata tražiti od vlasnika. Peškiri maleni i izgledaju jeftini. Nedostatak vode, kapsula za kafu ili bilo kakvog detalja od stane vlasnika kao i nedostatak sefa u apartmanu.

Sehr gute Lage, Ausstattung in Ordnung, sehr ruhiges Haus (schön für Familien mit Kindern)

- es war leider nicht sehr sauber (Boden, Badezimmer..) - kein Toilettenpapier - Küchenausstattung (zB gab es keine einfachen Geschirrtücher) - als wir ankamen, gab es kein Warmwasser, weil der Boiler (Durchlauferhitzer) nicht angemacht wurde

Lokasyon olarak çok güzel bir yerde ve lüks bir sitede olmasına rağmen son derece kirliydi. Biz giris yapmadan önce temizlenmiş olduğuna asla inanmiyorum. Rahatsız edecek derecede tum daireye sigara kokusu sinmisti. Dusakabin cami kir ve kirec kapliydi. Ve daha bir sürü şey. Bu fiyatı asla hak etmiyor. 2 daire tutumuştuk aynı şeyler o daire içinde geçerli. Hatta 2. Daire de Yorgan uzerinde kocaman sari lekeler, yerlerde karpuz cekirdekleri vardi. wc kağıdı bile yoktu. Gec giris yaptigimiz icin o saatte başka bir yer arama şansımız yoktu. Ucret iadesini bile hak ediyoruz.

Je novo ampak se ni bilo pripravljeno na vselitev. To bi morali upoštevati pri ceni ali opozoriti. Internet so priklopili zadnjo minuto in pol dneva ni delal tv niti internet. Na balkonu nobene garniture, tla se vsa prasna. Nobene prave dobrodošlice, vsaj kave ali tus gela. Potrebno bi bilo se neke stvari urediti drugace pa lepa soba.

Apartment sehr gut, Gastgeber unorganisiert - fine apartment, unorganized host

Das Apartment hat alles, was man für eine Zwischenübernachtung braucht und ist groß genug für zwei Personen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt im neuen Viertel "Waterfront", man kann von dort aus sehr schön an der Sava entlang spazieren in Richtung Altstadt. Tiefgarage

Der Gastgeber war nicht vorbereitet, hat vergessen, mich bei der Rezeption anzumelden und war dann erstmal nicht erreichbar. Er schrieb, dass jemand kommen würde, um das Geld für die Übernachtung abzuholen. Das passierte aber auch nicht. Jetzt wird es hinterher ein umständlicher Vorgang.

Iznad svih ocekivanja! Centrirano u srcu Beograda, sa pogledom od kog zastaje dah. Domacin je preljubazan, smestaj izuzetno cist i komforan. Pre dolaska se dobiju instrukcije za ulazak. U garazi vas ocekuje parking mesto i ljubazno osoblje na recepciji. Zaista svaka preporuka za ovog domaćina i smestaj! Jednostavno se osecate kao kod kuce!

Es war überragend! Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, Sauberkeit war TOP! Alles wie auf Fotos. Würde definitiv jedem empfehlen, egal ob man Urlaub macht oder was anderes, es Ist genug Platz für ganze Familie. In eine Tiefgarage befindet sich Parkplatz, alles gesichert mit Videoüberwachung, am Eingang sitzt Security und sehr freundliche Personal!
